This great multi- level house is perfect for your next family vacation. When you walk inside you will find a dining room, living room, large kitchen with bar seating and a bonus dining table. On the first floor there is a half bath, right beside the laundry room. The king master bedroom and bathroom are also on the main level. There is a door that leads to the back screened in porch off the master and amazing water views. Upstairs above the master there is an extra bonus loft area with twin bed. The second staircase lead to an office area, overlooking the living room and a full bathroom and two king bedrooms. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and be comfortable. Go fishing on the dock out back and bring your boat to explore the beautiful emerald coast waters of Pensacola. There is a neighborhood boat launch to Pensacola Bay leading to the pass to the Gulf of Mexico. Pool is not heated.
