We've been going to Folly beach for years and Pavilion Watch is our favorite place to stay. We stayed in 2B this time and it was perfect. Seamless and easy reservations and check in. The condo was clean and homey. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have been coming to Folly for over 25 years to enjoy a little rest and relaxation. We loved everything about this rental. There is plenty of space for a family and we loved how well the kitchen is stocked! We also loved all the beach chairs for us to use! Thank you!

Excellent communication through the entire stay. Very short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Comes with storage space filled with chairs and beach toys/ boards. Enjoyed the private balcony in the morning and evenings. We had a great stay!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. The only recommendation would for a ceiling fan to be installed on the balcony to help with the breeze. Definitely 5 stars otherwise.

The overall stay was wonderful. We had plenty of space and we loved the amount of bathrooms (3) because it made getting ready really quick. We did have a few hiccups: the main door to the balcony was hard to open and shut, the dryer sometimes had to be ran 2x to get the clothes dry, and the WiFi didn’t always work in the front bedrooms.

We had the best time @ Pavilion Watch condo, 2B. It was exactly as described & even better in person. Big enough for 5 of us. Very nice & we loved sitting on the balcony & looking @ the ocean. It’s across the street but a very short walk. Within waking distance to restaurants, bars & shops. Rental company was fantastic & communicated through text. Condo was even ready early. Would definitely rent again!!

We were in Folly Beach for a family wedding! The location was perfect. The wedding was nearby and others family members close by as well! It was our first time in Folly Beach but definitely want to return soon! The condo was perfect as well! Thank you!

The place was nice, with close and easy access to the beach. Good views for not being a block from the beach. Unfortunately the top bunk had a mattress that went to the top of the railing so it wasn’t safe for use. We had one other issue that the management was helpful with solving. Overall, we recommend the unit and the rental company.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location on Folly Beach. Across the street from the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Did not do a lot of cooking but kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. Furniture very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was issues with the parking due to work being done by the HOA and issues with one toilet. MyOceanRentals was wonderful to deal with. Very easy to communicate with and compensated us for the issues. I highly recommend MyOceanRentals and this condo.
