Large unit with plenty of space for our little one to run around. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants and can’t beat the beautiful beach

This review is really for the owner of Unit 301 to make it better. I would be happy to write another to port on VRBO. We liked the location and the size of the unit. We stayed in the bedroom with the single Queen-sized bed. It was a nice big room but there was no Dresser to put non-hanging clothes in which was frustrating. I would love to see that added, it doesnt have to be fancy or expensive. We tried to use the drawers in the other bedroom but many had dividers in them so they didnt work for jeans, shorts and other larger clothes. We liked the layout of the living/dining/kitchen area. The nice big counter area was great. You might want to remove some of the extra frying pans, none of which were really usable. A new one would be nice for those of us that like to eat in the condo. The couch and the chairs were ok but were well used and could use replacing, cleaning or slipcovers. The pillows on the couch definitely need cleaning/replaced. The TV in that area was very nice and we enjoyed using it. Tha balcony was a great place to sit but a nice tall table, to match the tall chairs, would be a plus so you could have a meal out there.

Great trip

I have stayed in this complex probably 6 times and this unit was the best by far. This unit provided a lot of little extras that they didnt have too.that made our stay more comfortable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It checked every box for us when we bought it! For starters, its beachy and fun, but very comfortable. Comfortable queen beds for 6 adults and some really fun built-in bunks for the kids. The balcony is huge and offers panoramic views of the ocean. It's high enough to get a great view but not so high that its scary with kids (3rd floor).

The complex is perfect for families and small children. It is very easy to get around and sits right by the water! The beach is never crowded and the pools are always comfortable for kids, even in the winter.

I think families will love staying at Gulf Place Caribbean. Park your car and walk/bike/cart to everything on 30A
