Poolside Paradise - Gulf Place Caribbean - Free beach setup with 7 night stay!

There has been some confusion about beach access since the recent ruling on Customary Use. Gulf Place has 3 beach access points. We will provide beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) with a 7 night stay! Please contact us or visit www.visitsouthwalton.com for more information.

There is construction going on at the building. The stairwells are being replaced. In addition, all balconies and patios are shored for inspection and future repairs. Everything is safe, but we apologize for the appearance!

Pool-side 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1st floor. Access to the pool and spa is through a private gate just a few steps out the back door of the condo . . . it’s like having your own private cabana. New stainless-steel appliances, granite counter top in kitchen, new ceramic-tile flooring throughout, new queen-size sleeper sofa in living room, large flat screen TVs in the living room and the master bedroom, extremely comfortable Adirondack chairs on open patio. Bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a double vanity. Linens are provided. The washer and dryer are inside our unit. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels are provided.

Gulf Place has three private beach accesses just across Scenic Highway 30-A. Because our condo is so close to the beach, you can get exercise by actually walking ON the beach, not walking TO the beach.
