Our neighborhood is the perfect blend of convenience and entertainment. Located just two short blocks from Starbucks and convenience stores, you'll have easy access to all the essentials. You'll also find plenty of shopping, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to indulge in all that Miami Beach has to offer.



But that's not all – we're also located across the causeway from Wynwood and the Miami Design District, two vibrant areas known for their art and culture. Whether you want to relax on the beach or explore the city, our neighborhood has something for everyone.



Getting Around:

Getting around in our neighborhood is a breeze, thanks to the numerous transportation options right outside our building. The free Miami Beach shuttle runs frequently and can take you to popular destinations around the city. If you prefer to explore on your own, you'll find city bikes available for rent right outside the building. And when you need a quick ride, there's a taxi stand just steps away. With so many options, you'll have no problem getting around and experiencing all that Miami Beach has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

We are delighted to welcome long-term guests to our property.



PLEASE NOTE: For stays lasting 6 days or more, we require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning once a week. This cleaning will be scheduled at a convenient time for you.



This measure is in place to ensure that our accommodations are always clean and comfortable for all of our guests. To ensure the continued comfort and hygiene of our accommodations.



To facilitate this process, you will receive a resolution center request for the additional cleaning fee of $159. It's important to note that stays longer than one week necessitate a mandatory cleaning every week during your tenure with us.
