Amazing view. Parking was easy getting your car back took 20 to 30 minutes. communication with the owner or bluerentals was great except they kept sending me a link to my" Boarding pass" which has all the check-in/out info and it never worked. but text,email and voice communication was fast or immediate.

Positives: the ocean view from the balcony! It’s absolutely why we chose this property!On the beach- amazing!Heated pool- plus cute little tiki bar area at the pool with drinks and food.Market- little store in the condo that made the best coffee and lattes! Not so great: condo is pretty run down. It gives the perception of uncleanliness. However, sheets on the bed smelled like bleach so that made me feel good. Condo is bare bones. For us, just a place to sleep. Kitchenette- bare bones. Hot plate there for cooking- which I wouldn’t have used. Did not use kitchenette. Valet- can take a very long time- one night we waited 45 minutes for our car. Smart elevators- not very smart!Recommend renting a car for your stay.Overall we had a great long weekend in Miami, location of the condo was good, and the views from the balcony were spectacular!

Mid-Beach Miami

The condo itself is a bit old/outdated. BUT, it had everything we needed, and the location is PERFECT! We loved the balcony, and we were directly above the boardwalk and beach. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic view and proximity to beach

The beach is seemingly an arm length away. The condo was as listed. The elevators run smoothly except during check in and check out times, so plan your day accordingly. The communication with the host was prompt.

Exactly what was advertised!

My girlfriend’s birthday was the 30th, she wanted to wake up to a sunrise over the ocean and walk on the beach. Of course it was raining most of the time, but the apartment itself was fantastic. Exactly what I wanted. The views were fantastic. The hardest part was checking in and out due to the fact that it’s all valet parking. But even that was free it was part of the deal. Very nice place very affordable. My girlfriend even said if it was for sale, she would buy it!

Usually good. This time ok.

It’s very nice, but for first 6 days I didn’t have amenities that I needed. Such as, a fry pan, a working stove top, Hot water in kitchen sink, dish towels to dry dishes, a toaster. It would not cost them much at all to buy a few basic items to make it much more pleasant. I did get reconciliation after 6 of my 11 day stay

Terribly dirty

The property location is good, with great views of the ocean. The pool is very large and nice. However, the cleanliness of our room was horrible. Dirt caked on the base boards, the walls all scratched and banged up, the shower with pieces peeling off, the shower doors off the tracks, the towel racks tarnished and peeling. The hallways smelled terrible. The stores within the building with expired food and drinks. We will not return.
