Offering 2,000+ sq. ft of space, a large living and dining area, kitchen with stainless appliances, 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2nd Master suite!

The ideal home for visiting the DC area with friends, families, & colleagues who want to have a relaxing getaway.

After 4 guests $10 per guest per night (this is not included in your total cost. A separate fee request will be sent)
Pet fee= $99 for 1 pet
More than 1 pet = $50 addt'l fee
Early check-in offered -2:30pm ($25)
Late check-out offered -11:30am ($25)

This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.

Free Wifi (700+ MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety, a TV in all upstairs bedrooms, and a private Master suite in the basement with its own private entry.

Main Level
Upon entering through the front door, you will see the living room to your right, the stairs directly in front of you and a hallway that leads to the Kitchen. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are connected with a wrap around, open concept layout. The Dining Room features a large table that seats 8 guests. The living room has a 65” in. ROKU TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy you’re personal streaming services.
The Kitchen is setup to accommodate 8 people to include the basic essential cooking supplies. Small appliances include a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave.

Upstairs Level
Master
Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a private Full Bathroom, two windows and two single closets. A 55” ROKU TV is setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.

Bedroom 2 & 3
The other two Bedrooms, have their own closets and 32” ROKU TVs set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. Both Bedrooms share a Full Bathroom in the Hallway.

Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4
This level is a walkout Basement with private Full Bathroom (w/ standing shower). This room features a King sized bed. Very open and simple space.
The laundry room is also downstairs in the storage area (please bring your detergent).

Quiet, comfortable stay

The location was very quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The place was clean and well equipped. The only issues were the sofa was broken or becoming unstable, the washer was leaking and very loud when running, and the door to the downstairs bedroom was broken. However, the property owner was quick to respond about the issues and our stay was unhindered by these issues. Just in case it is an issue for future guests, I will add that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have a TV. All other rooms do.

Nice Stay

Convenient location, nice interior, good communication with host, easy check-in. Heating worked well, thank you.There were a few minor items that were reported to the host who responded favorably.Other family members stayed next door which was very convenient.

The basement bedroom was too cold. We had to buy a small heater to stay warm. The steps needed some work. Everything else was great. Would stay again.

Quiet location outside of DC, but still close to visit the sites.

Nice, quiet neighborhood close enough to visit DC, but far enough away from the busyness of the city. The house was nicely decorated, bright and clean, although some things have become noticeably in need of repair, especially the flooring.

Graduation ceremony

The listing failed to mentioned no bedroom on main level. Lower level very cold, main level chilly but upstairs had a comfortable temperature. Most of our time was spent upstairs didn’t get to enjoy your entire home.

Really nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time with family at this house. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood and close to many things. Communication with Aksh and Lauren was excellent throughout the process. They are always quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing I would caution about is that the home is not very suitable for elderly. The steps upstairs are steep and the bathroom is close to the stairs. This in no way takes away from the excellent experience we had; it's just a heads up for someone in that situation.

Our son's graduation from OCS Quantico prompted our visit to VA. All of us were very happy with the accommodations while there. The property was VERY clean (which is of utmost importance to me and my family). We needed for nothing and the management was ALWAYS quick to reply throughout the process. Nice, quiet neighborhood too!

Nice, Clean Home

My family stayed here for an event for my husband. We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 young child. There was a park across the street and the home in conveniently located for where we needed to go, i.e. the Marine Base and DCA.

Fun in DC

we stayed in entire home in Woodbridge for a long weekend of sightseeing around DC. this was the perfect place for our getaway. clean and comfortable and close enough to DC to get to everything. host responded to all inquiries quickly. we would definitely stay here again.

Well located quaint townhome

We used this property for 10 days and found it perfect for our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 small kids and they loved the place and the playground near by. We were notified the dishwasher wasn’t working when we arrived and Aksh was able to get a new one installed in two days. He had great communication and was very nice. One complaint I had is that some of the couches and cloth covered chairs had some stains. Overall would recommend.

Good Location

The location was good for us as it was in between Quantico and DC. Pictures are fairly accurate. It is definitely pet friendly. There are stains on the rugs and couch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting a bigger couch to accommodate more guests that could be easily cleaned. This seems to be a common problem in rental property. The host was excellent. He communicates very well and is friendly.

A great place to sleep while tackling the dc area

The house was great for our two families of four. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and it was clean. Showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The few issues below were not deal breakers at all, but could be addressed. The kitchen was pretty thinly stocked (no pizza cutter, a chef's knife was used to cut a frozen pizza and the blade looked like it had stopped a lawn mower, and the oven struggled to get to 450), the living room could use another chair or two given the number of bedrooms, and the laminate flooring tile is starting to peel...it's run its course and could use a replacing. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property immensely.
