I would give 10 stars if I could! This was our second time staying here and it will be my choice anytime I’m in the area. Such a cute, well designed space and the bed and bedding is super comfortable. Great communication from the host and they even cleaned off my car when there was unexpected snow. Highly recommended!

Nidia was very welcoming and even let us in a little earlier.Unfortunately we didn't get time to chat with her much. The accommodations were lovely, very comfortable and quiet.You will find everything you need in this studio.Very close to DC. Hopefully we can stay again in warmer weather and enjoy the beautiful yard and patio. Piper or pup gives it 5paws also! Karen

Lovely stay! The outdoor area is a delight (had woodpeckers and blue jays and even a red-tailed hawk that flew by!). Nidia was very communicative and kind in answering my questions. Everything in the unit is as described. Will look forward to staying again if I'm back in the area!

Nidia, and the property, continue to be a favorite of mine. The location is perfect (easily accessible to DC), and a fabulous apartment all around. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, and beautiful grounds to enjoy. Nidia is a perfect host, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and checking in to ensure that our stay was perfect. For those who want a space close to DC that includes an incredibly peaceful environment, this is your spot!

This charming VRBO home has absolutely everything one needs for a perfect day in the DC area. Situated just outside of the chaos of the city, this home is an absolute retreat itself. The grounds are *stunning* and the home inside is perfectly appointed. Nidia was amazing and helped me through multiple shifts in plans. I already have several other stays booked, and am just so lucky to have found this gem! Thanks Nidia!

Ive never had the experience dealing with such a wonderful host. She was kind, attentive & caring. I had a medical procedure & thought I may need to stay longer. I asked when we pulled into the driveway as I was returning from my surgery. She was returning from the store with supplies I never asked her to buy, she explained place was already rented and graciously offered to allow me to stay in her personal residence if I was unable to travel. What a beautiful soul. The space was IMMACULATE, private, beautifully decorated inside and out. It's safe & perfect for 2. have everything you could possible need and if you come across something that will make you stay better (I asked for tea pitcher - she brought me a kettle and pitcher less than 5 min}. The bed panel bed is comfortable. nightstands on each side and 2 wardrobes diagonal from each other, a small sofa w/storage table, a desk area with chair, a charming kitchen with various teas, coffees stocked water in tall fridge air fryer, microwave and a compact all in 1 sink, stove, fridge with storage plus a larger fridge across from that unit.Bath was huge beautiful rain shower plus handheldwand. double sinks in a huge vanity with ton storage 2 sitting areas out side and bright motion light path at night. Stay here. You won't regret it. You cud eat off bathroom floor. Frfr it's that clean

Excellent property! Very clean and quiet. I would recommend arriving during the day, even with detailed directions, we had a difficult time locating the entrance in the back. The bed is also very comfortable. If you have any issues with steps, there are a few to go up to access the studio. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

A rather new addition to the owner’s home, but private with its own entry way. Charming 3-room unit with comfortable bed, great shower and other amenities that makes it one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in, and by far, the cleanest. The hostess was very pleasant and hospitable, making us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Secluded and quiet

Our second visit and it is still one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Springfield/D.C. Nice kitchenette and everything was supplied. Beautiful yard with table and chairs, lots of birds and nice landscaping. It is a nice respite from the area's density and traffic - very quiet.
