The house is great for a family vacation. We loved walking down and kayaking in the mornings, as well as fishing off the dock. The hike back up is no joke though!

A beautiful, peaceful property. I sat on the back deck for hours looking at the lake and soaking up the peace and warmth. Loved the huge shower in master bath. Comfortable beds. We all slept well.

This is a gem of a property from the house itself to the view from the deck and the dock and lake access! The house was clean, cozy, well stocked and truly felt like home. Located in a beautiful area, this charming house on Lake Avalon was the absolute perfect retreat for our family. A few highlights were kayaking around the lake, fishing from the dock, s'mores around the fire, star gazing at the dock, and hosting family for a home cooked meal. There is so much to do in the surrounding area as well! We hiked the Tanyard Waterfall trail, shopped in Bentonville square, boated on Beaver Lake, listened to music in the park in Rogers and attended the SOAR hot air balloon event at the fairgrounds (8/15/2026). This property and all that NWA has to offer are a 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the homes layout was perfect for us! The views are wonderful and the area is peaceful! There weren't enough washcloths or kitchen towels/dishcloths, but we made due. Overall our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this place!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Avalon property. The view from the deck was so beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. And it was nice to have the bedrooms with bathrooms across from each and separated by the family room. We are already planning on coming back again next year.

A cozy but very spacious home, lovely view of the lake, but very steep walk down to it...Clean...all 3 bedrooms are nice, comfortable beds, and have their own tv's. We would stay here again. Loved having a kayak available! More paddles and some life jackets are needed.

Great home with a nice layout. comfortable beds and wonderful master bath. Well stocked kitchen. Bring your coffee and creamer though. Nice deck and view overlooking the property. It’s rather a healthy climb back up from the lake but take your time. The sectional is going to need replacing soon and front carport area could do with a cleanup. Otherwise a nice stay and would certainly book and return.

Check-in was at 4:00, but we headed that way around 5:30 and still hadn’t received the code to get through the front door. I had to call both the management company and VRBO to get access.The house itself was nice, but we did notice quite a bit of dog hair. Hairballs started showing up in different areas, and the chair in the living room appeared to be a designated dog chair, which was a little gross.The trek down to the lake was very steep, and the stairs don’t go all the way up to the house, so be prepared for a bit of a hike. There also wasn’t a ladder on the dock to make getting in and out of the water easier. I’d definitely recommend bringing water shoes.The kayaks were really fun to use, and the lake itself was beautiful. However, one of the kayaks only had one drain plug, so it kept taking on water.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the lake, but there were a few things that could have made the experience better.

We had a great stay! Loved having our coffee and breakfast out of the deck with the view of the lake! Our only complaint is the water didn’t stay warm for very long. Bathing 3 kids took a little longer than expected.

Relaxing!

We stayed here for a boys' golf getaway. This house is so comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were very impressed by the decor selections and amenities. Very much looking forward to a return visit!!
