CONVENIENT to nearly everything you want to do in Tucson Northwest and a tastefully and completely remodeled home!
This home is a newly remodeled 1BR / 1BA Jr Suite, with ample parking for your car or truck.Personal Entrance, washer and dryer, full bathroom and step-in shower, full bathroom,and kitchenette with kitchen sink, plates and utensils for two, condiments, and mini refrigerator.

Conveniently located 2 miles east of I-10 Freeway.
Outdoor activities like biking, bicycling, walking the dog, skydiving in Marana (30 minutes away), and much more. There are many indoor activities to enjoy like indoor skydiving simulation, concerts and musicals at the Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater shows and venues. The Children's Museum and enjoy learning about Old Pueblo's history at one of Downtown Tucson's Historic museums.
FREE parking in the driveway under the carport. If you are in a large van or SUV with low clearance, please do not park under the carport. Instead, please park in front of a designated (# 1) parking spot.
I am available anytime to answer questions and to assist you with specific requests, i.e., extra towels, soap, etc., by text message or by phone.
Take a convenient ride on the electric trolley car located at University Blvd and 4th Ave. ride to the Tucson Convention Center, The Rialto Theater, University of Arizona, 4th Ave and biking paths throughout Tucson and the Saguaro National Parks are a convenient commute by car - 20 minutes to the WEST Park and 35 minutes to the EAST Park by car.
Conveniently located 2 miles east of the I-10 highway. Exit Ina Rd. and go east to Thornydale and make a U-Turn and come back to Juniper Rd and turn right. Proceed to the address.
Close to local resort golfing, five different trailheads, the Saguaro National Park, many great restaurants, bakery, local coffee shops, shopping, and much more all conveniently located just 5 minutes to 15 minutes away. The Tucson International Airport is located 30 minutes from door to door. If you are planning to leave from the Tucson International Airport, please arrive early. Allow yourself at least three hours before departure.

Comfortable and convenient

The location for this rental is very conveniently situated, but it is tucked away with a spacious backyard that provides the illusion of a more intimate and secluded setting. The interior is comfortable, modern, and clean.

Unique & Laid-Back Accommodations

A nicely positioned studio about 20min from downtown with free parking. Nicely sized room with very comfortable bed and kitchenette. Bathroom and shower were excellent including all the amenities, i.e. towels, stackable washer/dryer, dishes, etc. Owner was very responsive and kind when contacted.

Nice apartment for our short stay

The apartment is small and perfect for 2 people. Everything was very clean and tidy, including the outside. Our contact Marcus, was extremely helpful in getting us set up.

Marcus was available and kind. Everything was modern and new. I appreciate the water saving measures used such as rain harvesting, low flow shower, toilet...... Awesome! Excellent sunset views!

Tuscon Gem Fair Accommodations

Two star rating on cleanliness relates to food left behind in microwave from a previous tenant. I don’t ever want to rent a unit on the future and discover someone else’s half eaten rotisserie chicken left behind. Also, the tiny refrigerator needs a good cleaning, lots of crumbs in the rubber seal along the top of the door and sticky residue was left on door handle. I had to wipe them all down with Clorox wipes. The rest of the unit appeared to be clean. There was also no heat in the unit, I had to ask for a space heater which was quickly provided. The unit could use an upgrade on the washer/dryer, the ones provided appear old very well used.
