Home in Mentor on the Lake

Come enjoy this newly renovated home less than a mile from the shores of Lake Erie. This split level home features 3 bedrooms ( 2 queens and 2 twin beds) and 1 1/2 baths. It is the perfect home for families and friends to get together. We have a pool table and games for a fun night in, or you can drive 5 minutes up the road to the the nearest park that overlooks Lake Erie. This home is only a few minutes away from everything Mentor has to offer and only 30 minutes away from downtown Cleveland and the local wineries.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Girls Getaway

The location was perfect because we got easy access to the lake Amish country and the Geauga county Maple festival. The house was clean. We could have used another area to do makeup and dry our hair since there's only one full bathroom. One of the windows in my bedroom did not have a curtain so I had to go to the bathroom to change every time. We had everything we needed and the owner left K-Cups and creamer and spices and seasonings to use while we were there which was really helpful.

Clean, nice place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our children and very clean. We loved the location so close to the park down the road and the lake beyond that.

Kirtland trip

Has it All... then more!

This house "has it all" and was a wonderful experience for my wife & I. Usually it's the little things that count but for those with kids will understands this...my 12yr old daughter & 10yr old son didn't fight once & all it took was a "pool table"! Go Figure.. Brennen you are a genius. Location, Comfort, Everything. Kid's asked when we'll be staying again.
