Welcome to 37021 Turnstone Circle! This spacious three-level townhouse offers comfort and amenities for a perfect Rehoboth Beach getaway. The second floor features an open living space with living room, dining, and a cozy sitting area, plus a screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful woods. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything needed for your stay.
First floor: primary bedroom with rear patio and ensuite. Third floor: primary with private balcony and ensuite, full hall bath, and two bunk-bed bedrooms.
Rehoboth Crossing is just a mile to downtown, close to tax-free Tanger Outlets, miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, and beaches. Enjoy the community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and nearby Junction & Breakwater Trail for biking and walking.
Private driveway for two cars; overflow behind Outback Restaurant. Amenities include Wi-Fi, central AC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, screened porch, balcony, pack & play, and booster seat. Streaming only; linens available for rental. No pets or smoking. The $249.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you need to cancel your reservation. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement

I've struggled to decide what to write on this post because as a small business owner I know how much a bad review can affect situations such as this. The house was simply ok, I think investing some money into the little details would make a world of difference. Walls were damaged, stains on couch and carpets, floors were dirty (esp the steps), bathroom rugs had toothpaste stains on them, we had to change the water filter, and the list goes on. Could it have been worse? Absolutely! And it wasn't all terrible more just disappointing when you travel somewhere for a vacation to take a break from reality only to feel like you have to clean the second you walk in the door. This is the second time we've stayed in this development (different houses). We love the location, the pool is great, the area is safe and quiet. All things people look for when traveling. REMAX reached out a few days into our trip and said they would be in touch our disappointment but we have been home for almost a week now and I have not heard back from anyone and I even reached out asking for an update. I don't want to discourage anyone from booking this home as it served its purpose and if you don't care about attention to details then the things listed above probably wouldn't bother you.I do hope the owners

The neighbors are horrible

The house itself was good and pretty much what we expected, but the neighbors were horrible. This is a beach house so it is common throughout the community for people to pull their cars up, spend 10 minutes loading them for the beach, then leaving for the beach. Coming back is the same process in reverse. While it is clear that there is no parking, there is nothing about using a spot to load and unload vehicles, and many people do it every day. In this case, however, the neighbors repeatedly harassed us for exactly this use of the spot in front of the rental, even though we always used only the area just in front of the house and never went over the property line even an inch. We believe that the neighbors are owners that resent short-term renters,...and made the week miserable for the whole family. Watch out for this one.

Very clean, tidy, great location and amenities. Check in was a bit unclear, just know that if there is a code you do not need to go to the re/max property location for checkin
