The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

On arrival, we discovered the dish washer partially full of soiled kitchen dishes, cups, silverware, etc. ;the laundry basket was full of used bedding, towels, etc.; the floors in the kitchen and the dining area were not swept. A telephone call to Jekyll R. generated an immediate response by Keith Fenton, who appeared with a smile, an apology, and solutions to correct all defects. Keith was not only courteous, but congenial as he updated our knowledge of the rental, rental policies, the area, and other practical, as well as, useful information. The outdoor patio was congested with mostly useless bicycles (flat tires ,etc.) BUT no problem we had our own bikes with us. The above info , however did not affect our enjoyment of the property, as well as the area and the entire Jekyll Island experience --thus relationships with Jekyll Realty will remain a must for our future considerations. Again, accolades to Keith for his time and professionalism. Our entire vacation was too short, but totally worth the long 650+ miles (one way) drive. The destination was certainly more, than worth the drive. Many THANKS
