This Hobbs Smart Home (1K, 2Q, 2T) features a spacious, inverted floor plan, comfortable living area with flat-screen, well-appointed kitchen, dining area, flat screens in each bedroom, other kitchen amenities include a slow cooker, Keurig and a large pantry for storage. The large open floor plan boasts a living area, dining area, and kitchen with access to one of the two upper decks. The primary bedroom has its own private upper deck, and the three bedrooms downstairs share access to two decks.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
