Love the Beach club

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Amazing Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came on a girls trip, and it was the best place to relax and catch up. Not to mention so beautiful! Walking distance into town, and the pool is a must! So glad we found Kingston Beach Club!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time!! House was super clean and perfect for our big family. We enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Some complained about the chimes on door - but they’re just for pool safety for children which I appreciate! Will recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful Home & Perfect location!

The house is awesome!! Beautiful pool and yard to hang out at! Everything was very clean and some much space for 12 people, never felt crowded. The best location - minutes away from cute shops and restaurants. Management company made everything a breeze. They were super easy to get in contact with and was able to answer any questions within minutes. I didn’t want to leave. Hoping to come back again soon!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay and vacation at this beach home. The layout and combination of beds and rooms was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having a large enough table for all of us to converse and eat around during meals. The mid century and clean decor and design added a fun dimension to our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bikes were great. Great communication with the management also.

Spring Break Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was really nice. The property has a bit more wear than the photos show and there is an extremely loud pool alarm when any door is opened without pressing the button and the doors cannot stay open without the alarm going off. It would be nice to have a way to turn that off if you do not have small children, which we did not.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us for your spring break trip! Pool alarms are required under Florida State Law and must remain on whether children are present, and disabling them is against the law. We have detailed instructions in our mobile app and would have also been happy to provide them to ensure you know that you have to press the button before opening the door to keep them from going off. We understand it can be frustrating when someone forgets to press the button, and you have to hear the pool alarm, but we don't have a choice due to the state statute.
