Discover the charming coastal town of San Clemente from this newly remodeled beach home, just a few blocks from fine dining, shopping and beaches. With room for 8 guests, this 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, 2-story unit offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious living area with TV, and a balcony for breathtaking sunsets. Take in the ocean views from the property and make memories with loved ones during your stay.
The two downstairs bedrooms come equipped with comfortable full size beds, while upstairs the master bedroom offers even more sleeping space with 2 queen size beds. The inviting living area is complete with a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee or take in the stunning ocean views from the balcony. Dine al fresco on the patio, which features outdoor dining furniture.
You'll have the entire unit to yourself during your stay. Check in is a breeze with our keypad, anytime after 3 PM. Parking is available with two dedicated spots on the left side of the driveway in front of the garage labeled 'A'. Additional unmetered street parking is also available if needed.
Please note that our property contains two additional units, so you may encounter other guests during your stay. Also, the right garage and driveway are reserved for guests staying at Unit B, so please make sure to park in the designated parking spots for your unit, on the left side labeled 'A'.
This unit is located in a residential area. There is a strict 10pm-7am noise curfew. Please be respectful of our neighbors... thank you!

Under City Code, the maximum number of guests is 8.
You are responsible for your guest’s actions. If something happens to break, please message me (Tanner) immediately.
Please do not flush baby wipes or personal hygiene products down toilets.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.
No pets or animals for any reason.
Parking
You are free to park in the garage or on the driveway on the left side only. Please keep the garage closed when not parking or backing out. There is no remote for the garage, so please remember to close it before pulling away. The right garage and driveway are reserved for guests staying at Unit B, so please make sure to park in the designated parking spots for this unit, on the left side labeled 'A' in front of the garage attached to the unit.
