21st Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TV's.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

Property location was nice. The room was clean and stocked with the essentials. The issue we had was with the elevators at Majestic Tower. 3 out of 4 elevators were out or getting stuck the majority of our stay, which makes staying on the 21st floor difficult. I was stuck in the middle elevator for 15 minutes and other friends and family were stuck at other times as well. We didn’t like the location of the grills. They are located across

Week of 9/8/24-9/15/24

The condo was fine. There really needs to be some updates done, but we still enjoyed our stay. Property needs to be checked for broken lamps, switches and outlets not working and definitely wear and tear. Again, I hate sounding critical because we had a great time at the beach this week, but these are things I wish I had known. Pros are great view and location. Cons are I feel like the Majestic Resort has really gone down in cleanliness and quality since we were there last. Even if I wanted I could not give this any higher rating until my parking money is returned. I registered 3 vehicles before going. Upon arrival the third car was not even showing on registration. Even though I had my receipt and email showing all three vehicles registered and paid for the security would not let the vehicle go through until I had re-registered the third vehicle again which charged me for a fourth vehicle. After two days of dealing with it I was told I would get refunded but it may take 3 weeks. Not holding my breath. Just frustrated. If I never receive the refund I will not stay at Majestic again. If I receive the refund I will come back on and edit my review. Hope this helps others looking to stay at majestic.

After labor day

Very nice 😊 Wonderful view, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Washing machine needs attention. I ran 2 cleaning cycles but it still left clothes smelling musty stinky.EvevElevators were super slow

Great Place To Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had amazing views we loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The condo had everything we needed in it. It was a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. The people we rented it from was very nice when I called to talk to them. They were very helpful. Most days we were there they had red flags and double red flags we only got to go to the ocean 1 day but we had a great time anyways. We went and swam with the dolphins at Gulf World that was amazing. We rented a golf cart and cruised around on it 1 day. We went on the skywheel. We went to the upside down house and the kids had a great time and 1 day we went and played glow in the dark mini golf. This condo was a nice relaxing place to end our day.

Disappointing

We have been visiting and staying oceanfront in the panhandle for almost 40 years. This is the first time we have ever been disappointed enough to write about it. The great is...the view, the view and the view and the proximity to everything you need. The not great...the very not great...we checked in Saturday for a week's stay. Of course like everyone else, we went to the store and stocked up for the week. The refrigerator was not cooling at all and the freezer was freezing up. It kept having a layer of ice on the bottom. Called and texted mgmt. Several times. Though they were initially responsive in responding to my text, they did nothing about our request until again on Wednesday, I pointed out that our vacation was more than half over and we were still living out of a cooler. Just unacceptable. They finally sent up a couple guys w another fridge that they plugged in the dining room. They said they had been there a few times in the past 2 weeks working on the fridge. Come On People, replace the darn thing!! The dishwasher needs to be height adjusted. You can't turn it on without using a knife to slide in to turn it on. My last frustration and a pretty big one when entertaining a party of 5....is an ill-equipped kitchen. The largest skillet was a single egg skillet. A mish mash of utensils. A 2-slice toaster that only toasts on one side is fun. Can you imagine if you had 8 people staying? Making toast for breakfast would be a part time job!

Nothing But Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we found the door unlocked and the batteries dead in the lock. We informed them about this issue and the only response back was "Did you get in?". So we ended up buying batteries ourselves and putting them in. The Refridgerator hardly kept things cool and when we brought that up to them, the response back was "well you can't use it on a cooler setting. Turn it back down to where it was set at (2 out of 5)". So we froze water and rotated it around from the freezer and the refridgerator the entire time we were there to have cold perishables. The dishwasher only sanitized dishes and didn't wash anything. We had to make sure the dishes were clean before we put them in otherwise we would have to wash them again by hand. The internet hardly ever worked, and when we brought it up they said they'd send someone to take care of it but no one ever came. The A/C didn't work when we arrived. It took 3 attempts to get maintenance to come out before they sent someone. The first attempt was Monday and they didn't come until Thursday. The floor was dirty making white socks brownish black. Also, some of the dishes were dirty, and every once in a while we got a whiff of mold in the queen bedroom just inside the front door on the right. Lastly, the couches in the living room were both extremely used and old to the point the cushions were almost flat. Although highly disappointed in the company renting the condo for the condition of the condo and lack of good communication. Despite all that, we were very happy with Majestic Resort and the height of the condo on the 21st floor.

Great place

I'm was a very nice condo with a view that was worth every penny. We had an issue with a couple of things like refrigerator wasn't working, parking kept saying we hadn't registered our vehicle every time we came and went and the elevators were a bit crazy. They were very nice and got us a new fridge the next day. The vehicle problem was probably because we had temporary plates and they didn't work in their system. And the elevators were just busy because we were there at the end of spring break for colleges. They had everything you would need for the beach except beach towels but that was no big deal. They had chairs, sand buckets, shaders that set up over you on the beach, and even a cooler and more. Bring toilet paper because they only give you two small rolls per bathroom. Lol.It was a nice location pretty central to everything. We walked everywhere. Great place. I'd go again if they'd have me. Guys the place has its own theatre!

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the door was open, the unit was "clean" so we went on in as your text said we could but were unable to do anything because the door wouldn't lock. We called the # you provided in the text the lady said she would put a call in to maintenance, this was noon, by 4pm we hadn't heard from anyone so we called again, they put another call in, by 6pm still nothing so my husband called they said again they would call maintenance, by 7pm my husband was very upset so he went down to see if he could find anyone to help. Security said it could be batteries so we went & got some, it fixed the problem that we should have never had to begin with. When we called to let you know that we had wasted a whole day because of this and then had to fix it ourselves there seemed to be no concern for any of it let alone that we had lost a whole entire beach day. Moving on to the list of other issues with the unit... The rubber piece on bottom of the same entry way door was broken flopping when we arrived, 2 dinning room chairs had legs broken so we were unable to use them to all sit together at the table. The TV in the queen bedroom wouldn't come on at all the entire stay. The floors were filthy (we had a 1 yr old with us who crawls his knees were black within 20 minutes of arrival) the container on balcony lid was busted upon arrival, the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes (the soap was still in the dispenser when the wash was completed) the big couch could use replaced it was very uncomfortable to sit on, the indoor pool in our tower was closed the 1st 2 days then so cold you couldn't get in it, the outdoor pools were freezing so we were unable to use them, the small hot tub was out of order for a couple of days and there were several elevator issues while we were there. Needless to say over all we were not impressed with this unit and doubt we will ever book here again especially for the price we pd.

The view was amazing

We have a great time. The view was wonderful. The only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable and not enough pillows on the beds. Very spacious and the place was clean.

Full of MOLD do not rent here!!!

Arrived at unit 2103 only to immediately smell mold upon entrance examine condo to find the bedroom to the rights ceiling was covered in mold as well as the closet and bathroom of the master bedroom. Called was told house keeping would be coming. Called back explained that there’s no way house keeping can fix this and we’re luckily able to be moved to a different condo however that condo turned out to be dirty due to house keeping deciding on their own they weren’t going to clean it because it didn’t have a scheduled check in. We didn’t get in condo till after 9 pm. I’ve sent a message and email and got no response we deserve money back! My 2 youngest kids came down sick too!

Nice stay-connected nod as pictured

We enjoyed the condo and the location. Furniture on balcony is pretty beat up. There are no baking or pizza sheets or a pizza cutter. Missing some things I would consider basic kitchen necessities. Also, the elevator system in this building is beyond frustrating. Being on the 21st floor you really don’t have the option to take stairs. Waited more than 15 mins several times for elevator. And boy are they hot inside. Pools were shut down constantly also. One day the beach and the pools were shut down when it was over 90 degrees. Overall the condo is pretty much as advertised, just some very frustrating things at the resort.

Great vacation spot

Everything about the vacation is great, we would come back to the resort and specifically this condo again. There was a shooting that occurred right at the same time as we checked in which was extremely concerning, but we did not feel unsafe for our stay, but definitely a lot to walk into. The water was clearer than I’ve ever seen, you could clearly see sting rays and schools of fish swimming from the balcony. You couldn’t ask for a better view and beach location. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and rafts so no need to bring your own though a wagon would be helpful as it’s a lot to carry especially with little ones. The cleaning could have been more thorough and the painting of the newest renovations was a little sloppy, but that’s just being nit picky. Just be aware they only give you 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag, and 2 dishwasher tabs and no laundry detergent is provided so if you’re staying a week you’ll probably need to pick up some supplies.

First Panama City Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The property pools were nice. Used the fitness room daily which was nicest I have used at any resort. The kids watched a movie at the theater. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would stay here again.
