You will love spending your vacation in this spacious oceanfront condo! The condo was fully remodeled in the winter of 2024. It has brand new bathrooms, floors kitchen and all new furniture.

From oceanfront views and fun beach activities nearby, everything you need is here! Step into your condo and you will love the modern décor, including flat screen TVs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with all of the utensils and small appliances you will need. Make your morning coffee and head to the balcony to enjoy the view! The open floor plan leads into the living area, with amazing views of the Gulf, which is perfect for movie nights! This is a wonderful area to relax with your guests after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom features a king bed, and has all of the comforts of home. This room is truly its own retreat, with a HUGE en suite bathroom with double vanity, glass shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. It even has a large, flat screen TV for your entertainment. You can step out onto the balcony through your private entrance and enjoy the ocean breeze. The guest room has a queen bed and a shared bathroom is just steps away. You can relax and watch a movie at night on the flat- screen TV here as well. The bunk room has twin/ twin beds, a door for privacy and its own TV as well. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is perfect for everyone, kids and adults alike.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. Come join us at Majestic 1403 and have the vacation of a lifetime!

***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel, the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) the number of parking passes per condo will be limited to 1 to 2 depending on the week***

This unit is in great need of a deep cleaning. Dirty baseboards, food/drink splatters on doors. Upon arrival, the floors were sandy, the counters weren’t wiped down, there was hair in the bathtub, towels werent fresh, and the living room tv didn’t work the first 2 days. Management did have a cleaning crew come back and touch up the unit, which we appreciated, but we only stayed 4 nights so it was a hassle and we wouldn’t choose this unit again. The outdoor pools were freezing but we did enjoy the h2o food/drink bar and the first floor market.

It was a great place and great location. The only issue we had was 3 out of the 6 balcony chairs were busted and unusable. Other than that the place was perfect

Excellent room

Our check in was a breeze. We had all the info we needed well before check in which made it easier finding our way around. Condo was very well updated and clean. We had all the utensils and things needed to cook breakfast in the room every morning. Highly recommend booking this condo.

Clean, updated room in a lackluster building

The room was clean and updated. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Those are the positives. The negatives are more the building and property managers fault than the condo itself. The waiting times for elevators was ridiculous because some weren’t working. The lack of towels and washcloths was irritating because I had to do a load of towels every day.

Great location and view!

The views were spectacular! Very nice condo. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. A/C worked well too. Nice for a family of 7 of all age ranges.

Family Vacation

Condo and complex was very nice. Great view of the ocean, the pools were well kept. The food onsite was great. We could of used a few more dish towels and hand towels.

Beautiful Location

The condo was beautiful! Clean and up to date. The view was stunning! Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked full meals every day. We had kids ages 16-1yrs old, perfect for all ages!

Wonderful stay

Everything about this property was just as pictured. Had enough space for 2 families, beds were very comfortable and the until was very clean. The only “issue” we had was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the ceiling fans on in the bedrooms. Great stay overall and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay.

The condo was beautiful and i really loved the beachfront view. The only things i didn't like was the check-in. We end up at the wrong tower and the wrong room. I wish they would've listed the rooms in tower 1 beginning with 1 and tower 2 with the rooms starting with 2. They have the same numbers at both towers and its a bit confusing, especially if it is your first time there. I also didn't like the washer and dryer in that little guest closet, other than that the condo was absolutely gorgeous. Also, the lady security guard was so sweet and helpful.

Best Vacation Ever!

Everything was wonderful and the kitchen came with everything we needed and more! We stayed one week and I cooked breakfast each morning and dinner every other night. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, whoever renovated it did an amazing job. We would rent this condo again plenty of room,could use a few more towels but other than that it was great. The only complaint was they would close the pools and you couldn’t sit on the pool deck didn’t care for that.

Great stay in PCB

The condo itself was great. It was very clean and had an easy check in process. It was stocked with books -‘d games for the kids. The pools and H2O bar were great. However, we were a little disappointed that you had to make a reservation for the kids to play in the game room when they had their wristbands on and no one was using it. You also have to pay $10 a day to use the fitness center. But we enjoyed our stay overall!

Great space

The condo was exactly as pictured! Updated rooms and enough space for everyone. We enjoyed our time there. The full length balcony was great - it was very relaxing to wake up to the gulf view.
