This penthouse offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a split floorplan, featuring two primary bedrooms both with king-sized beds and an attached garage. Take advantage of great rates for extended stays.

Situated in the sought-after Canyon Creek community, this top floor condo has been beautifully updated. Whether you've recently sold your home or are in Denver for a work assignment, this condo provides convenience, space, and a perfect temporary home.

Location-wise, you can enjoy walking, biking, and disc golf right outside your door. This peaceful community is ideally located within minutes of 470, Parker, Rocky Vista University, the light rail, and Centennial Airport.

The open concept living room and kitchen area boasts plenty of natural light and high ceilings. Christmas and New Years stay

My wife and I have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this property - by FAR - is the best and nicest property we have ever had the pleasure of renting. Not only did the owner accommodate our arrival and departure times but checked in often to make sure everything was great. And you will be so happy there is a one stall garage.

Nice location

Property is well maintained and very convenient to Broncos practice arena if you're interested. When packing, keep in the mind the 41 stairs to the third floor. We will stay here again if in the area.

Nice comfortable condo and great communication!

Beautiful place with all the essentials including a garage. Great setup! Know you will have outside stairs to go up and down but it was great exercise! We had a situation that the owner's took care of immediately. They went above and beyond to be sure we had a perfect stay! It’s close to all the shopping you need plus some! Yes we would stay there again! Thank you!

Amazing condo

We stayed for two weeks while our house was under construction. Everything was exactly how it was described or better—a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and cozy. We felt at home, away from home. If we ever need a place to stay, we would come back in a heartbeat, 10/10 for sure.

Denver Vacation & Attend Wedding

The property was just as wonderful as the pictures show. Super clean. Liked the split bedroom floor plan, beds very comfortable. Everything you need is available and in like new condition (nice iron). Very quiet building and neighborhood. Neighborhood is great for walking. Condo located close to tollway, but easy to avoid by using local streets with little traffic. Great to have use of the garage too. Highly recommend and would rent again. Only caution would be that’s there’s no elevator and condo is on the third floor, making it a little more difficult carrying heavy luggage in and out. I’m 70, not use to the higher altitude of Denver, and had no problem using the stairs.

Safe neighborhood, pleasant stay!

My wife and 2 of our close friends stayed the weekend to take advantage of a local show and a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Brenda was communicative and, overall, our stay at the property exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, the neighborhood is nice, and sleep was easy in the quiet environment (and comfy beds!). We may be reaching out in the near future should our travels take us out that way again!
