You’ll love the on-site perks, including a shimmering pool, hot tubs, a fitness facility, and an amazing sky bridge, which whisks you straight over Scenic Gulf Drive and down to the sugary white beach.

Inside, you’ll find a light, bright, and modern interior. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. The comfy living area boasts a Gulf-view wall of windows, plush furnishings, and a large TV.

Both bedrooms have direct access to an expansive Gulf-view balcony! So wake up and listen to the sea, every day. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning add convenience to your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed the condo. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend it. We loved being able to sit on the back porch and seeing the ocean and the sunrise.

Surfside supreme

One of the best condos on the beach in Miramar beach. The water was gross due to algae but it was still a great experience overall. You can walk 2 min west and get the best ice cream in Florida or walk 2 min further and enjoy the Whales tail atmosphere overlooking the water. The room was excellent. Best money I’ve spent without being on a boat or in a strip club.

Surfside Resort 1109

My wife and I stayed in unit 1109 for 5 nights. The Condo was beautiful as soon as you open the door. The Condo was decorated Exceptionally well. The unit was also very well equipped with anything you needed to cook with. The most impressive thing was the stunning view from the Balcony! I would highly recommend Surfside and specifically 1109 for your vacation rental.

Great place

The apartment had everything you could need, was sparkling clean, modern and beautifully updated appliances, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, view was great, I have literally no complaints - it was perfect.

Not worth the money!

Not worth the money. When we arrived there was no wifi (thermostat is connectedto wifi), the plug in the master bath did not work, the toaster did not work, cox cable only worked in living room, the matress in the bunkroom was smaller than frame so lots of space around matress where we found food, hair, gunk very poor cleaning job. We spent 3 days of our trip waiting on someone to come fix plug, wifi, and toaster...toaster was never fixed. Parking terrible people going to beach or on site restaurant take parking spots from residents so every evening we would sit for 20-30 minutes in our vehicle waiting for someone to leave just so we could park. Horrible experience.

Great room

Amazing place to stay!

Perfect place to go very clean & cozy & comfortable beautiful furniture & decor perfect place to unwind take in the ocean view all day long or go to gym,pool or hot tub or lay out on loungers or enjoy the beach! The room has everything you need if you want to stay in ..the kitchen has stove,pots pans,dishes,for those who like to cook. 😊 Coffee pot, full sz refrigerator, washer & dryer,games to play & TV in every room. Several places to buy fresh fish, and grocery stores nearby. Or eat out. Tons of activities in or around the area close by for everyone of any age to enjoy. There restaurant on the premises has an excellent variety of fabulous food,& appetizers! All the people coming & going were friendly. We will definitely go back! It was just perfect for our stay.
