This area has pool chairs, restrooms and Wi-Fi. The private gated beach access is located here as well. Guests will enjoy a complimentary beach set up which includes and umbrella and 2 chairs. Additional set ups are available to purchase if needed. This unit is located on the 5th floor. There is secure on-site parking for 2 vehicles that will have a $25 per vehicle charge per stay, starting after September 1, 2024. .The elevator is easily accessible and very close to the parking area. Trips in and out of the building are quick and easy. Leeward Key is located in the most desirable area in Miramar Beach. It is peaceful and quiet but close to everything! There is a bar/grill right next door, Capt. Dave’s seafood restaurant directly across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. Destin shopping is within a few miles including the popular outlet mall. This area has many attractions and events. You will love the beauty and convenience of this location!
