This tastefully remodeled cottage is furnished with luxury modern conveniences while located in the Lincolnville section of historic St Augustine. Rich in history and centrally located to everything downtown St Augustine has to offer: parks, museums, architecture, restaurants, art studios, and shrimp boats are all a short walk away! Luxury linens, memory foam mattresses and a spa-like restroom with waterfall tile and pebble laid shower floor. Tankless water heater for endless hot showers.
-2 King Beds and one very comfortable pullout queen bed, all memory foam mattresses and luxury bamboo sheets.
-Walking distance to some of St Augustine’s most popular restaurants: Preserved, Blue Hen and Fish Camp. Short stroll to Flagler college, Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center, Ice Plant, San Sebastián Winery, Dog Rose Brewing Co, Lightner Museum and so much more!
