The house was so cute and very clean. The outdoor space was great. Plenty of space for sitting and enjoying a chat or coffee. I loved that the yard was fenced and the pups could run and enjoy.

Beautiful weekend getaway destination. A quiet neighborhood with welcoming residents. Walking distance to a coffee shop (Dos) and chocolate shop. (Creme De La Cocoa). Our older daughters loved having their own separate cottage. Sunrise skies from the porch were beautiful. Home is a perfect destination to visit Historic St Augustine.

Lighthouse sunrise from the bridge. We got stuck on the bridge for boat crossing and I was able to capture this photo from the bridge sidewalk. Home is a 10 minute drive to Historic St Augustine.
Perfect separate space. Queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen and lounge area for games and movies.
Main house was very clean. The all white bathrooms were immaculate.

Absolutely loved this place! It is so beautiful and relaxing. I could just sit outside and look at all the beautiful plants and trees forever! It is just so peaceful. The location is perfect so close to downtown St.George street, the ocean, the outlet mall all the top attractions you are going to want to see. But you are far enough away that you don’t have all the noise and crowds. The host Danny and Andrea are great! They make sure everything is perfect for you. They are so fast to get back to you with any questions or anything you may need know matter the time. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I go back to St.Augustine I will for sure check to see if it is available! Hands down great place to stay with great host that truly care about your stay.

Private Compound w/ Easy Access to

We really enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine, and especially our stay here. It felt like our own little compound for a few days. We cooked some delicious meals and loved eating outside in the cool April breeze. The flora and fauna around the yard were lovely. We were also out and about a lot, and it was easy to get to both historic St. A and all of the beaches. We watched movies in "Paradise Cafe" and the teens stayed out there a couple nights. We highly recommend for a family or two couples.

2 mile walk to historic area. Easy walk. Good neighborhood. Great place if you have pets. Spent evenings around the fire pit.

Great space

Anyone traveling with a dog should look no further. Behind a gate and fully fenced area for our fury friends to run and play. The location was central to all tours, downtown and the beach. First timers, stay here. Immaculate on the inside too. The layout is perfect for couples, teenage children, and of course dogs. My review gives 8 Park a solid 5 stars!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This home provided a guest home on the property so that my elderly parents had their own space, but were close enough to join in for family meals, game night and movie time! The stand alone tub was by far my favorite accommodation! I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for quiet but close to the downtown hustle!

Hidden Gem

This was the perfect property for our family. It’s off the beaten path but still in a great location to all that St. Augustine has to offer. We loved the privacy that the location offered, plus all the space. The main house is well-decorated and features everything you need from multiple smart TVs to three bathrooms to a fabulous kitchen featuring top-of-the line appliances. The cottage behind the house also features a mini-kitchen. Our teenage son loved the privacy afforded by the separate cottage. The landscaping also is amazing with giant ancient trees, plenty of shade and large Florida native plants, ferns and flowers. Also lots of space to sit and eat outside. Our boys are already begging for a return trip.

Very nice place

Great location. Many stores and restaurants you can walk to. Loved the fact that it was actually two separate units. Beautiful outdoor property. Fully fenced for the dog. Well stocked with starter supplies.

Fabulous stay!

Everything about this property is just as listed. What a little slice of paradise! Just far enough away from historical downtown that traffic wasn’t AS BAD (granted we went during Night of Lights so everything was busy) but we still walked home one evening so it’s still close to attractions. The neighborhood/street is beautiful. I LOVED being able to stay in the paradise cafe. It allowed everyone to have a quiet place to unwind between adventures. The hosts were attentive and available via email, but let us be for the relaxing and comfortable weekend we were dreaming of! DOS coffee was a short 5 minute walk and had yummy breakfast snacks and coffee! 10/10 would stay again! Would happily recommend the property if anyone I know mentions their interest in St Augustine. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Wedding getaway for family

The home was very nice. The quest house was well equipped. The only thing I would suggest would be some more curtains in the guest house and the furniture was a little uncomfortable in the guest house living room but other than that we enjoyed spending time with our sons and their girlfriends.

Beautiful home!

It was a beautiful home, be aware the a/c does not stay cool well in heat above 80 degrees so it can get really hot. The house was decorated very nicely and and kitchen was a dream. There are a lot of bugs inside I’m guessing because of all of the single pane windows. Not a great home for kids under 5, but great for older groups.

Came for a long weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Have been here a few times before passing though, but decided to stay for a longer time this round. Great property with plenty of space for 4 adults. Easy access to downtown etc. Would stay here again!

Peaceful, private location

The space is accurately displayed, the yard is fully fenced and has a tropical feel to it. There are lots of places to sit and relax outside. There are 2 separated indoor spaces. The one that is separate from the main house is lovely, it has everything you would need (full bathroom, plates, silverware, TV, sitting area, games, etc) and a sleeping area for one to two people. The main house is very nice too, The upper floor has a cute sitting area, king sized bed and full bathroom. The kitchen has lots of cutlery, plates, etc. They were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella we were able to use which was great because Villano beach was only a few minute drive! It was also only a few minute drive to downtown St. Augustine where there were tons of places to shop, eat or sign up for tours. All around nice place & trip. I’d like to mention that Daniel was very responsive to any questions we had - check in and out was a breeze. Thank you for a helping to make our trip wonderful!

Spring break

The property was perfect for our 3 day getaway. Very unique and private and Beautifully updated. The yard was huge so our dog had plenty of room to run and play and the kids loved hanging out in the paradise cafe playing board games and watching movies. I would definitely rent again.
