Overall, the house and location met our vacation needs, and the management team at RealJoy was responsive and helpful. However, we did encounter several issues during our stay.First, we had to call multiple times regarding the TV and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, and we were unable to watch TV until Thursday.Second, we were only notified on Thursday, August 7th, that the third-floor balcony was unsafe for guest use—five days after our check-in on August 2nd. This was concerning, as family members had been using the balcony daily without knowing the potential danger. This type of safety information should be communicated immediately upon arrival.Third, we repeatedly received notices on our vehicles warning that they would be towed if a parking pass was not visible. While we were provided two numbered/assigned parking spots and two passes, there was no mention in the welcome email that we were limited to only two vehicles. With a group of 14 guests, it is impractical to expect us to travel in only two vehicles. We had a total of four vehicles, which seemed reasonable for the number of guests. While the property itself and location were enjoyable, we feel these issues—especially safety notifications and unclear parking guidelines—should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
