We had an amazing time

We spent a few days in the house and everything worked well. The house was clean and all the appliances worked despite being a bit old. AC worked fine and the beds are very good. Location is amazing. Would definatelly stay here again.

Location

Great location, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Other than some outlets not having trim plates and the bedroom door walls not having screens, the place was as expected.

Good Times Downstairs

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to everything, this is the place for you, everything is within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and quaint. Overall, it could use some updating cosmetically. The only disappointing part of our stay is the hot water heater broke, the emergency number given to us was wonderful and they responded right away to stop the leak(in the middle of the night), but we were without hot water for the last day of our stay, couldn’t shower, run the dishwasher. However, we would still rent again and recommend for the location, cleanliness and coziness.

Very dirty porch with stained siding, loose rails, and filthy floor. Rusted dryer that stains clothes on top. Difficulty opening balcony doors. 8 0clock wake up call with leaf blowers every morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice and it served us perfectly. We were in town for a camp at the IMG Academy, which was an easy drive from the duplex. Property is easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My only disappointment is that you cannot see the the Gulf from the deck, as it was listed in the description. It may be visible from the upstairs unit, but not the downstairs unit.Also, just an FYI, the description said s/s appliances, but they are not, they are the ones that are pictured.

AMI 3 week vacation

A few broken items, toilet seat, closet door off hinges. Also not as clean as I like. Dust balls in all the corners. The floors had not been washed. Our feet got so dirty walking on the floors. That being said, the linens were all beautiful. Beds felt clean and kitchen came very well stocked.

Thank You for your Hospitality!!

Great location, and we had everything we needed. The one thing I would suggest is to put a shutter Blind on the sliding door, it does get a little warm in the afternoon . The floors were hard to keep clean . Beds were comfortable and Linens were nice as well as beach towels were included, beach Chairs and umbrellas. One other thing, the three small steps going into the building needs to be marked better or maybe painted three different colors as well as a caution sign so someone does not fall. A big Thank You. Nice condo in great location

This condo is located close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. Only 1.5 blocks to beach. So convenient you wouldn’t really need a car since you could take the trolley or Monkey bus to get groceries. The beds were very comfortable. The condo has a wonderful front deck to lounge on. Kitchen is fully supplied. We had a couple of issues that the management company dealt with as soon as we contacted them. The condo is showing some wear, could use some paint touch-up. It is next to impossible to keep sand out of island property, but the very first day I wore white socks in the condo and they were black in short order. So I don’t think the floor had been mopped real recently. Description said it had been recently renovated with stainless steel appliances but they were older appliances. However they worked properly. There were beach chairs and towels supplied.
