Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space offering warm natural light. Within walking distance from Main Street. This spacious one bedroom, two bathroom cottage has a modern flare with comfortable queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom and features a spa tub, large walk in shower and two sinks. The house also features an expansive deck with a newly installed hot tub, grill, fire pit and outdoor dining area!



Other Things to Note:

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

This house was perfect for us. Totally enjoyed our week stay. House was comfortable and nicely furnished. Awesome to have a hot tub and fire pit. Appreciated having a nice fenced back yard for our dog so we didn’t have to worry about him getting out. Close to town but far enough out that it was quiet. Would stay again.

The stay was great and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking on the deck. The dogs enjoyed the small yard too! We would stay here again if we returned to Fredericksburg.

Cute little house that’s close to downtown. We travel with our Yorkie’s so we really appreciated it being pet friendly. Wonderful fire ring in the back yard. Sitting by the fire and sitting in the hot tub was wonderful!! The hot tub quit working and they had someone out there fixing it the same day!! Great customer service.

Wonderfully delightful!

We booked this property months ago and were very happy with our experience! The property is in a quiet area and was perfect for us and our small dog. Everything was clean and the property was perfect for our weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Charming Property

Very nice and clean. Everything we needed in the house. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilled, and after long days of walking we enjoyed the big shower and jaccuzi bath. Can't wait for our next stay!

Great Place!

Amazing place to stay! The home has everything you need and they take really good care of everything, it is fresh, cozy and they go above and beyond with all the amentities. 2 TVs, grill, hot tub, coffee, you name it! They have you covered on every possible tool, and utensil you need. Truly amazing place! Will go there again for sure!

Great place to stay! Inside was exceptionally clean and nicely arranged. All amenities you could ever need, especially for an extended weekend stay. Master bath is very nice and what one would expect at a high-end resort. Has an additional shower and toilet in neighboring room too. Outside patio/hot tub with steps down to a small fenced in yard containing a firepit and comfy wooden chairs; nice for relaxing after a long day visiting the wineries and Main Street Fredricksburg. The location is as stated, but very walkable to and from the restraunts and shops on Main Street...no sidewalks though. Very pet friendly location (small, small to medium dog). Weren't there to watch TV but there is one in the living room and on in the bedroom. Definitely would rent again if we come back for a weekend visit.
