125 E. Verna Jean is the perfect South Padre Island house to get away from it all! Newly remodeled featuring 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and a private heated pool, this property has everything you need in a vacation rental accommodation! The location is fantastic being less than 1/2 a block from the beach! Rental guests will love the interior of this townhome and also the serene backyard area which features a private pool! This is a great spot to relax and take a dip!

The second floor is tastefully decorated and entails an open living room, dining area and kitchen. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen which is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You'll find the second story balcony located off the living room, has excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as ample room for everyone to enjoy a beautiful sunrise!

There are two spacious bedrooms located on the second floor. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. An oversized master bedroom can be found on the ground floor, located next to the pool area. The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and flat screen tv. The master bathroom which was recently fully remodeled, features a large walk in shower and bath tub. The 4th bedroom is located downstairs as well. This bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk beds with a full size trundle on the bottom.

This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach and within a 1 minute walk to the beach access! This home is located in close walking distance to several of South Padre's retail stores and restaurants, including the famous Wanna Wanna's beach bar!

Every stay at 125 E Verna Jean includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Great stay

Great home to stay in. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for a large family. Pool was a bonus. Location was ideal. Close to the beach and within walking distance to the Wana Wana. Delicious coffee shop down the street. Some things that my family would have liked to have available: a broom to clean up little messes, bigger pans to cook with, sharper knives, and some containers for left overs.

I would definitely rent from SPI Rentals again!

As soon as we walked into it, it felt like a 5 star accommodation. The place was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was near so we didn't need to drive. We also enjoyed the balcony to look outside. I loved that the rental had plenty of bathrooms since we had 8 people in the home. We really enjoyed staying there. I only wished it had a mop so we could clean the wet floors when coming out of the pool. I would definitely rent from SPI Rentals again!

Nice place but.....

Great place to stay, loved the location of the house. The condo was nice snd spacious. The downfalls were the lumpy mattress in the master bedroom, difficult to get a good night's rest, propane tank was empty and i had to reclean the bathrooms.

Will stay again

This 4 bdrm/bath was clean, spacious and relaxing. The pool was a dream with part shade/sun and a shallow end for my 12 month granddaughter. The beach is a short walk and the water is clear. My only complaint is the wind was gusty on most days, but kept us cool amid the 90 degree temps. There is so much to do on the island, it is hard to fit it all in if you only have a week. We rented from VayK Gear and the equipment was in great shape. No complaints except we didn't use the kayak or bikes very much so I will know next time to exclude those from my rental. The house was very clean and well equipped. The 2 beds up and 2 beds down was perfect for my 2 adult children and their families. Also, allowed me and the hubs a space away from the chaos. The rear patio by the pool is nice and we gathered there frequently. We grilled out and had a great time. The house had extra beach chairs, baby float and toys, baby gate and a highchair which were very useful. We had to call maintenance for a minor smoke alarm battery replacement and they were on site within 20 minutes. My only true complaint about the house are the mattresses and pillows. The mattresses are memory foam and I had trouble with body aches. Also, the pillows are large and firm which didn't work well for my neck. I will just be sure to bring a pillow with me next time. SPI Rentals is professional and friendly. Will definitely seek out this rental for our future SPI vacations.

Perfect Location, very spacious

Over the Easter holiday, our two families, consisting of a total of 5 kids,and 4 adults, stayed at 125 E Verna Jean for a week. One of the highlights of this location was its proximity to the beach, allowing us to witness the beautiful sunrise within just five minutes of stepping out of bed. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of having Wanna Wannas, a place to grab drinks and food, just a short walk away. Although the pool heater was not on when we arrived, it didn't bother the kids much. However, once it was turned on, the pool quickly warmed up. After a day of beach exploration, we found great pleasure in relaxing and soaking in the pool. The presence of a grill made preparing dinners a breeze, and the house was stocked with what we needed. The spaciousness of the house provided ample room for us to hang out and socialize, while also allowing each family to have their own private space. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Awesome place, liked the open concept. My family had a lot of space. We enjoyed the stay. The only thing was the pool did not heat up. There was a couple of days that were a little cool and thought maybe the pool would heat up, but it never did. That was a disappointment. But will probably stay there in the summer again.

Worth every Penny!

We love this place and it's the first place we check for availability! Great location, quiet neighborhood. Private Pool is a definite plus. Very clean. Living area/kitchen is very spacious. Everything is well stocked. Comfy bed, cold A/C. Complimentary toiletries and necessities. Couldn't ask for more! Perfect for a group of 8. SPI rentals is a great company. They were quick to answer questions and responded within minutes of anything we needed. Saul, Tabitha and Raul were great too communicate with. Definitely recommend and will book again!

A Must-Stay Home on SPI!

This beautifully updated and furnished, bright and clean home located just a skip from the beach is your home on SPI. It has everything you need and more: outdoor pool, huge deck, and beach tent/cart/chairs to use all a huge plus. The owners even leave a list of their fave restaurant recommendations on SPI. Can't say enough about this place, will definitely be back. 10/10 stars!

Beautiful Home & Super Close to the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is beautiful, has everything one would need for a beach vacation, and is so close to the beach. During our downtime we enjoyed the pool or just sitting next to the pool, enjoying the sound of the water. The 360 lounge chairs are amazing! A game-changer for sure! I'd definitely stay here again.

Has it all!

Overall we loved this rental. Plenty of space for all. Pool was so clean, gorgeous really… could’ve been a tad bigger but we still loved it! Definitely close to beach access. Kitchen and upstairs space is beautiful. The master bedroom and bath are amazing and roomy. We were able to park 4 vehicles w no issues. So many positives! Just a few teensy negatives. Doors all need WD-40. Super squeaky, and loud when trying to be quiet. Cut my foot on glass near pool while grilling on day two. Apparently previous renters broke glass and it wasn’t cleaned property. Glad it was me and not the kiddos. Just be aware! Recommendation to agency…downstairs “mud” area needs a small fridge or beverage fridge. Would be nice to just jump inside quickly instead of going All the way upstairs to the kitchen. Again, we were overall pleased w this unit and have already recommended it to friends. And would most definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great location and beautiful home

This is a totally remodeled home with a great location. It's half a block from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It has great privacy and it's quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent this unit again.
