Make memories at this Beautiful Beach Front Condo. I've just completed major renovations including new LVP floors, new kitchen cabinets and completely remodeled guest bath. Perfect balcony to take those sunset photos. You will love the .6 mile walk to Pier Park with lots of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Easy walk to Aaron Bessant Park, Wynn Dixie and CVS pharmacy. Frank Brown Park and Conservation Park nearby. Easy access for handicapped guests with lower platform bed, grab bars in bathrooms and 34" wide doorways and a new 3'x5' tile shower with fold-down bench. Very desirable low floor. Lots of amenities including 2 outdoor pools with hot tubs, indoor heated pool, 2 Roman Spas, sauna and steam rooms, gym, theater, game room, restaurant, convenience store with Starbucks, Tiki Bar by pool, and grill area. The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and also features new cookware and dishes, drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig, blender, toaster, slow cooker, instapot, and a new Power XL Combo Air Fryer 12 in 1. Excellent! Would stay here again without hesitation. The extra chairs and wagon were an added bonus. Space was exactly as listed and very comfortable as we spent more time indoors as weather wasn’t ideal for some of our time.

Great time!

The condo could not have been better for us. Plenty of room. Happy with the amenities. Tidewater staff were friendly & helpful. Elevators were having issues but we didn't let it ruin our trip.

Very nice, well equipped condo. There isn’t much this condo didn’t have. Very much appreciated the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen and all the necessities for a day at the beach. The only negative review I have are the beds. I read ea bed had new mattress and if that’s the case…call the seller and return them…asap. I personally slept on the king bed and it was the worst week of sleep we’ve ever had. The mattress is lumpy and not supported well at all on that frame. Otherwise, the staff at Tidewater were all super friendly, professional and they work their rear ends off keeping the premises immaculate! Yes, elevators were painful but I find that in any large resort. We were thankful to have your 5th floor unit so we could access the stairs for most of our trips in/out of condo. Overall, a very nice relaxing beach week. We thank you for opening up your condo for our family.

Vacation ruined

The condo it self was okay. Although it wasn’t cleaned very well when we got in. The building on the other hand was horrible. The elevators made the entire experience regretful. The property stunk and the staff was very rude and not engaged. Overall this property made the vacation a bad experience and one that I would not recommend which is too bad because the owners rep seemed very nice and attentive. They should have just bought a condo on a different property.

This gorgeous condo should never receive these types of reviews that have nothing to do with the condo. We love to hear the owner's rep was nice and attentive. That of course is the property manager. We cannot control the resort, its staff and the elevators. You state the condo was not cleaned very well. Our paperwork states to contact us with any cleaning issues, but we never heard from you once during your stay. We have an office open 9-5 daily. An email that is checked daily. We even have an afterhours answering service and voicemail. No message about cleaning issues. It sounds as if the condo and our staff were great yet, you leave a one star review for things completely out of our control. A one star review here does not hurt the organization nor the people that you say ruined your vacation but it certainly hurts the owner and the property manager. We highly suggest you find a way to leave a review for them as this review will not affect them at all.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived was pouring, got flat tire mile away, had to have tow driver drop us off across street, hauled luggage in mud and rain by hand in and was given a shopping cart to take up rest of way. One of our beds full of sand, never changed. People smoking pot everywhere in condos, smelled horrible.

We are so sorry to hear about all your trouble you had during your recent visit to Panama City Beach. It is certainly unfortunate that you had a flat tire in the rain, a tow truck driver that didn't drop you off at the front door of the building despite there being a driveway, that you had to carry your own luggage until you found a luggage cart, and that the building smelled like marijuana. Unfortunately, none of these issues were caused by Four Star Condo Service as we only manage the condo you stayed in, therefore you should write a review for those places. We also apologize that one of your beds had some sand in it and we would have taken care of that for you immediately had we been made aware. Our office is open 7 days a week, we offer an after-hours emergency line, and email that is checked every day. There is not 1 single note in your reservation that you reached out to anyone at all during your 4-night stay to state that there was any issue that needed addressed. In the future, no matter who you book with, please make sure to call with any problems you may face during your vacation to give a chance to fix an error. We wish you better luck on future vacations.

The Beach buggy, pack and play, and baby monitor were very much appreciated. The amenities of the resort were nice. My only complaint was that I didn't realize this was a 30 floor condo with slow elevators. Luckily the stairs are very close and not a bad climb. However I would never go back during spring break the poor security guards had a very busy week. Unfortunately they cannot control the number of kids that are let run loose unsupervised. This wasn't even a college spring break.

Thank you for the review. This is a lovely condo indeed. I just took over the task of responding to reviews so apologies for the delay in responding. After reading the beginning I was shocked to see only 3 stars. These reviews are really for the condo itself and management company and it sounds like we did a 5 star job, which is nice to hear. During the peak times of check in and check out the elevators can take a while but other times the waits are very reasonable. I am happy to report that the Resort now has new building security with a much larger staff. Safe Future Travels

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was great but as soon as you step outside the room the nightmare starts. First thing, the elevators are in poor condition and hot. The wait time is unacceptable. Seems like we spent half of our vacation waiting on them. Thank goodness we were only on the 5th floor and could take the stairs if needed. Stairwells were hot and sketchy. The staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. Getting a luggage cart was ridiculous. Had to surrender your driver’s license to get a cart, go back to your vehicle to load the cart, wait for an elevator (15-45 minutes), unload cart, wait for elevators to return cart, get your DL back, wait again for an elevator to go to your room. I could list a lot more items that were unsatisfactory but I’m only allowed to type 2000 characters with this review.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm very happy you felt the unit you stayed in was great. That unit is what we manage and it's what this review area is supposed to be for, not for the building. I hate to hear about the issue you had with the building though and would've loved to address any concerns you had right away for you. Unfortunately, you didn't call our office to report any of the issues you ran into. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. I hate that you had an issue with the elevators during your stay but I'm happy being on the 5th floor made the stairs an option for you. I'm not sure how the stairs are sketchy, I've taken the stairs at the building, and have never had that feeling. The building had one elevator that was out during your stay, but I'm happy to report that all of the elevators are currently operational. You have accurately described the luggage cart process; it is the same at every building. I wish you would've notified us about what was dirty at the Resort, they are very prompt and would've addressed any dirt or garbage. Best of luck on your future travels.

Comfy beds, beautiful decor and really nice appliances made for a great stay. The beach is well kept and the sunset view is gorgeous. We didn't want to leave! From our balcony, we saw lots of dolphins each day around 8:00am or 7:00pm. The condo service was great, everyone was helpful and friendly and overall everything was conveniently located nearby. The Donut Hole, The Shrimp Basket and David's New Orleans Cafe were our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can! Thanks Debbie for a wonderful family vacation spot, we made lots of memories :)

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidewater 513 is a BEAUTIFUL condo. And incredible views from the balcony. It had everything we needed! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Easy check in. The only problem we had was with the beach chair attendants. We took our own chairs and umbrella and set up right at the edge of the ocean as did many others. Everyday the attendants would tell us we had to move or we would get fined $109 a day because we were blocking the chairs they had rented to others. We were at least 15-20 feet in front of them. I knew we could set up where we did so we never moved. But it was very annoying and they were very aggressive. Enough that we and others were questioning staying there again. THIS is NO reflection on the beautiful condo though!! Just the one thing that was a disappointment.
