This 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to 8 guests, offering plenty of room for families, groups, or fishing buddies looking to enjoy the laid-back charm of the Forgotten Coast.
Inside, you’ll find both a comfortable living room and a separate den, perfect for spreading out after a day on the bay. Step outside to your fenced backyard featuring a fire pit, plenty of space for yard games, and ample parking for your boat or trailer.
Out back, the Port City Trail runs right behind the home, and there’s a public playground just steps away — ideal for morning walks or keeping the kids entertained. You’ll also be just blocks from the historic lighthouse and St. Joseph Bay, and only a short ride from St. Joe Beach and Cape San Blas.
🐾 Pet-friendly, and the best part — most of the nearby beaches welcome pets too!

A beautiful escape

There’s a group of five of us they get together every year to celebrate the Birthday of the one who is no longer with us. We laugh, share memories, and make new memories together. This home was absolutely perfect for our group, we could not have asked for anything more. It’s peaceful and quiet and clean!

Excellent location

Excellent location, large house with lots of space. old house bad air, Bed had some bugs in it They bit my breast several times, and I felt crawling on my body. Would not stay again! Elizabeth

Peaceful, home away from home

My family really enjoyed staying here. It was way bigger than we were expecting and had everything we needed. Three nice size bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, family room, den x 2, dining room and screened in patio. Great fenced-in, dog friendly back yard with fire pit. It is close to grocery store, restaurants and short drive to beach. We loved the quiet little town, the beach at Cape San Blas and the great horned owl in the neighbors tree. Hope to be back soon.
