Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2nd floor above another Airbnb. Your own entry, locked room, functional kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hot pad with pans to cook your own meal. Bathroom with a washer/dryer on the main floor used mostly by you.

The space
The room is on the second floor of a large shop, above another Airbnb space. The bathroom/laundry is located just off the stairs. We ask our guests to respect the quiet hours to not wake the below guests.

Guest access
Private access to your room. The kitchenette and bathroom are on the main floor of the garage which we sometimes use to shoot hoops during daylight hours. The garage does have heated floors but it can still be colder than room temperature while using the kitchenette area.

Other things to note
The room is at the top of a flight of stairs. The access door to the garage is located at the opposite end of the room. You’ll walk around our boat to get to the room.

If you plan on bringing your pet, please make sure you have a crate for it if you plan on leaving it in the room while you’re away. We also kindly ask that they are not on the furniture for future guests allergies.
