This very bright, brand new, 2 bedroom basement suite is located in the brand new community of Blatchford just a few minutes north of downtown Edmonton.

- Small dog friendly ( must be approved prior to booking ) one time $75 pet fee applies
- 5 mins drive to downtown
- 2 mins to Yellowhead HWY

- please note this is a legal basement suite and is not shared
- entryway is directly at the front of the home with stairs going down to the basement suite

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
