Walk in through the front door (after sitting on the front porch chairs, if you'd like to remove your shoes and take in the peace and quiet), and you are standing in the open-concept living room, where you'll find a comfortable sofa with a chaise and pull out bed, a wall-mounted 40" smart TV, a comfortable and stylish accent chair and a coffee table for your feet, your drinks, or a game of backgammon!

Just past the living room, you are now in our kitchen. With forest green custom kitchen cabinetry, a large island, natural stone countertops, a huge under-mount kitchen sink with disposal, and brushed gold finishes, you will feel spoiled in this totally-stocked, gourmet kitchen.

From the kitchen you can easily get to the garage, where you can find the free, in-unit washer and dryer as well as a ping pong table!! Also from the kitchen- a door to the back patio, and a hallway that takes you to the bathroom and the bedroom.

In the bathroom you will find a luxurious experience with this walk-in shower with a rain head and glass door. There is a vanity with plenty of storage and a hair dryer for your convenience.

The bedroom holds a comfortable queen bed topped with memory foam, a closet with hangers and hanging space, and a desk if you need to work while you're here!

Heading outside? Step out the backdoor and you are in the screened-in dining area, with a table and seating for 4. Just outside of the back porch and you are on the large concrete patio. There is plenty of seating here under the cafe lights! A hammock and swing also grace the HUGE oak tree in the backyard. Relax in the hammock, read a book in the swing... the yard is fenced for your privacy!

***We have 2 electric scooters available for rent during your stay. They're $15/day each and are great for visiting Benderson park and the surrounding areas. If you're interested in renting please reach out and we'll share the link to reserve.

***This home is on well water. We use a state of the art treatment system but on rare occasions there may be a slight sulphur smell. We want to ensure you that it is still safe to use! Letting the water run for a little while will help clear the lines and get the water smelling back to normal :)

***There is a security camera at the front door, facing away from the home (outside of the home. NO cameras inside the Crew House).

***This is a guest house that is to the left of the main home on the property. The main home is occupied year-round by our family, but you will have complete privacy during your stay!

***There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the garage.
