Exquisitely renovated 1 queen BR/1 BA condo, with additional built-in hallway bunkbeds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much-desired Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Nestled in between SeaCrest Resort (Home of famous Pool Bar Jim's beach bar) and Beach House Resort & Tiki Hut. The Breakers is located within a short walking distance to many south end area shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, and activities.

Great condo within walking distance to all Coligny Beach has to offer. Was clean and an updated unit with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a fun weekend stay!

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We absolutely loved how it was just steps from the beach and it was in walking distance to all of Coligny plaza. We would recommend it to anyone!

Great stay!

The property was wonderful and the owner's were great to work with! We got there a couple hours early and the owner's were great about letting us know when we could get in, even though it was before check-in time. This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, and to some shopping and food/ice cream. The property itself was very clean and well stocked.

The overall experience was good. The building is getting older and in need of updating. The condo was nice inside. The only complaint is that there were no closets at all. We had a good time and would go back again.

Excellent property

Everything exactly as pictured! Great location…steps from shopping, restaurants, bars and grocery store. Perfect for romantic getaway. Parking not a problem. The owner, Renee, was very accessible and prompt with answering questions. Would stay again!

One could not see the ocean, blocked by the trees. We were two 77 year olds and the steps were a bit much. No toilet paper. Nor need we find the wash cloths till we opened the dryer the last day.

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Condo was spectacular and looked exactly as the images showed. Hope to visit again in the summer months!
