This Unit is on the beach side of Highway 98, and in just 800 feet you can have your feet in the beautiful white sugar sand looking out onto the clear waters. The building is west facing so you can view the water while enjoying the calm ocean breeze from your patio deck. This unit has central AC/Heat and come with complimentary Cable television and Wifi. It also features parking for 2 vehicles, and outdoor shower for those sandy rinse offs, and barbecues to grill up those tasty meals.

Mexico Beach is a quiet, peaceful beach town that is located between Panama City and Port St. Joe. This premier location makes shopping, dining and night life convenient but still keeps you outside of the cities hustle and bustle. Mexico beach is the number one vacation beach choice for central Florida and Southern Georgia beach goers.

It is a nice place. Issues:1. Bugs all over the decks. Need to be rinsed between guests.2. Extreme levels of dust on ceiling fans and top of refrigerator.

Nice location

The walk to the beach was easy. The property manager Amy was great! She was very accommodating and answered any questions or needs that arose. If you’re looking for a peaceful place this is the place to be. It was clean but definitely needed some updating the curtains, carpet, and furniture had some stains. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside so it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely rent again!

Great Stay

We had a great experience. Amy was very accommodating! The townhome was clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the games that were available and the convenience of the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella/canopy. It was also just a block away from Forgotten Coast Brewery. One of the only 2 brick and mortar restaurants in town. Family friendly and great food/drinks. We will be back.

Sandbuckets B Sullivan vacation

Very nice condo.Very spacious and clean. The only complaint I had was the microwave didn’t work and the host didn’t know about it,guessing the last guest didn’t report it. Microwave is a must on vacation when warming up leftovers. The host said they would get right on it.The host of the property was the best.We will be back.

Quick family trip

We enjoyed our stay!! The location was perfect and a quick walk down the street to the beach. The area is beautiful and the house was too. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

Everything was described perfectly. Communication was amazing, check in was earlier than expected, unit was clean and beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach and absolutely peaceful!

Nice home, very communicative host, but be prepared to bring paper products. The host was happy to direct us to locations we could find them. Other than that it was a nice, walkable distance from the beach!

An Amazing Family Vacation Retreat

The unit was everything we needed/wanted and more! It was just as described. It was clean, roomy, and fully stocked. The beds aren’t the usual cheap mattresses that you usually deal with in a Vrbo. Everyone slept very well and were comfortable. The unit even had a selection of board games for our family to use which we enjoyed very much. The unit was even ready 2 hours before the original check in time which was a very pleasant surprise. Communication, check in, and check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this unit.
