You will love the water view and boat activity here. We are located across from the Reel Inn, home of the White Marlin Open. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wifi & internet along with an assigned parking spot & free parking on the street. Walkable to the beach, restaurants & bars. Great for bike riding and strolling on the boardwalk. You will feel right at home here with a cozy living room, eat in kitchen and Ocean & bay breeze to help you relax and get a great nights sleep!

This place is great. Perfect location for the beach. Peaceful at night. Host communication was superb, any questions were answered in a reasonably expected time, though mostly within minutes. Its literally anything you could have asked for in a vacation rental, and look forward to hopefully staying again.
Stingray just chilling in the bay.

Property was absolutely fantastic! Location and views were incredible. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation. Will most definitely be booking again!

The property was clean, spacious and inviting. The location was beautiful on the marina. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was a nice little bar across the water. It was an easy drive to the beach and restaurants.

Oceans Calling Birthday Weekend

The place was perfect for my wife to get away and enjoy Oceans Calling music festival. It was a short 20 min walk to the inlet where the festival was taking place. We enjoyed a cup of coffee each morning overlooking the marina. Perfect spot. We will definitely stay there again.

Great for family stay

We had an amazing weekend here! We were a group of four adults but it could easily sleep 6. Place was exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was perfect. Beautiful balcony views and walkable to the beach/boardwalk and tons of restaurants. Elke was a great host, super friendly and very communicative. She made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable with a great view

We all enjoyed our stay here (4 adults - mom, dad, son, daughter, and 8 yr old grandson). The balcony has a great view and is relaxing to sit on. The living area was roomy and comfortable. The hosts provided many basic needs, beyond what we expected. They were friendly and gracious in their communications with us. We got plenty of excercise as the condo is on the 3rd floor and is 5 blocks from the boardwalk. With all the good food nearby, that was a good thing!

Average place

Overall, the place is a fine place to stay. I define average as "nothing amazing but nothing bad" about the place. Just your typical property rental type of place. I think the biggest perk is the 2 full bathrooms. Host is very responsive in terms of the time it takes to receive a response. I messaged the host right after checking into the property and the resulting conversation with the host did leave an unpleasant feeling to start of the stay. However, to the host's credit, they did try to make up for it.

I am sorry to hear you did not get to experience our home the way most people have due to your only 1 night stay. I apologize that we had a minor water leak under the bathroom sink which dampened the towels you could not use for your shower when you arrived. We did have others to get you by. Our cleaning staff was there within an hour to replace these towels once you contacted me. I take a lot of pride making sure our guests are happy and have all they need for their stay. Unfortunately, due to the cloudy weather, you did not get to experience the amazing sunset and beautiful views our condo has to offer. Thank you for your stay. Hope you visit us again in the future.
