Our property is located in a family friendly neighborhood, conveniently off of Dimond Blvd and Abbott Road with easy access to trails, beautiful scenery and wildlife, downtown, and all your local adventures. Our property is fully furnished with brand new furniture and has all the basics you need during your stay. Our 2-level property is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 living spaces. quiet and peaceful

We felt this is going to be our new home away from home upon returning to Anchorage. The house was clean and inviting. We had a little issue upon our arrival, but the resolution was swift and satisfactory. My family truly enjoyed our Alaskan stay at M&M's. My favorite candy BTW and the host had some supplied for our enjoyment! My husband is already looking to see if this property will be available for Christmas '23.

Highly recommend this place when visiting Anchorage Ak with loved ones.

If I could give this awesome place more than 5 stars I would because it exceeded even our wildest expectation. Michelle is an amazing host and super easy to communicate with. It’s hard to find the words to properly describe this beautiful place. Last minute need for a place, and this rental made it so easy. We booked this place for the rugby team from Hawaii and everyone in the group was thrilled with the accommodations. Michelle was very responsive & accommodating. Thank you Michelle! The house was well appointed, spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place as a home away from home. If you are in the area you should definitely stay here. Thank you Michelle and the family for everything. God bless…

Absolutely wonderful!!!

Stayed nine nights in Michelle's house. Check-in was easy, the location and neighborhood was excellent. The house is exactly as described. It is very clean, comfortable and safe! Safety was a key priority for me and this neighborhood is family oriented. I felt right at home. Neighbors waved as though we actually lived here! The kitchen is well stocked and even had a crockpot, airfryer and blender! I made smoothies each morning thanks to the blender! The beds, linens and furniture are all new. We slept comfortably each night! Washer and dryer are newer as well. Michelle provided many unexpected touches, a welcome basket with clear easy instructions for our stay and check out, a garage door opener, bathroom and laundry amenities and soap that we truly appreciated! Our stay in Alaska was heightened because of our stay at Michelle's place. It was so hard to leave!!! I would give it more stars if I could because Michelle was the most excellent and accessible host and her place is outstanding!
