Enjoy this refreshing beach bungalow in a popular beachside location. The Ocean Breeze Suite has a large open living space with full kitchen.
The space
Inside the unit, you'll find an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. There is one bathroom and one bedroom. The living room also has a couch that folds to a twin-sized futon.

There is free parking on the property (1 car only, please).
Other things to note
The Ocean Breeze Suite is on the first floor of a two-story guesthouse. The guesthouse has a exterior entrance (there are 2 steps), which leads to a shared space (where guests have access to a washer/dryer). From there, you will find the interior entrance to your unit.

Note: we are currently in the process of updating the backyard & exterior furniture, so please expect some differences from the backyard photos.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
