Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store, Tennis Hall of Fame, yoga studio and all Newport has to offer. This apartment has direct access to an outdoor stone patio with a gas grill, and a public park is located directly across the street. There is 1 off street parking space, AC and a washer and dryer within the unit.
