The Mod Spot is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath dream home that was built and designed by Jack Meiselman in 1957, with a total renovation completed in 2017. Walk into the home and you immediately view the sparkling blue pool. It's 48 ft. long, with stairs on each end. It's perfect for doing laps or just floating the day away!

From the shade of the two mature Carob Trees, or from the sun drenched vintage-style swimming pool, just lay back and take in the majestic mountain views and features of this gorgeous, 2500 sq. foot home. There are mountain views from the north and all the way down to the south end of the range. It's spectacular! There is also plenty of outdoor lounging and two dining tables for el fresco dinners.

In the main house, enjoy the new white on white, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with an easy flow to the dining area and living room and outdoor area. On those cooler evenings, you can light the see-through fireplace or on warmer evenings, push back the sliders and have that indoor/outdoor experience that is pure desert luxury!

The self-contained ‘Studio Lounge’ is attached to the main house and has its own bedroom w/ queen bed, bathroom and kitchen & living areas. Perfect privacy for those that want their own space!

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 4 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
