The first-floor condo is sunlit and spacious, offering great living and sleeping accommodations. With three bedrooms and three baths, it can entertain up to seven guests.

The living room is the perfect, laid-back gathering area. It has a cream-colored couch, matching canvas armchairs, and an accent chair. The setup centers around a wood cocktail table and footstools. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a console table. Parchment-colored tile floors flow into the relaxed dining area. A round table and four wicker chairs sit beside a mirrored wall, accentuating the room’s spaciousness. The kitchen has white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The angled kitchen bar provides extra seating, and it’s the perfect spot to serve tasty appetizers and ice-cold drinks. Take your treats out to the breezy patio through a set of sliding glass doors off the dining area. This tranquil outdoor setting includes a couch, chairs, and a table overlooking a lake and palm trees. Whether dining al fresco or just chatting with fellow vacationers, hanging out on the patio will surely put you at ease.

The primary bedroom boasts a four-poster, king-size bed. Its mirrored wall makes the large room look even larger. Feel free to use the writing desk for remote work. The room also has a sunny window and door that leads to the patio. Its ensuite bath includes two vanities and a glass-walled walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a beach chic feel, with sandy-toned walls and neutral furnishings and décor. It has a king-size bed facing a wall-mounted TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The other guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and utilizes a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The Tivoli by the Sea oasis provides guests with a variety of great vacation amenities. The refreshing community pool is steps away from this condo unit. A tropical setting of palm trees and coastal flora surrounds the pool and creates a feeling of quiet privacy. The sundeck is furnished with pool chairs, tables, and umbrellas. Spend your time soaking up the sun, splashing in the water, reading a book, or enjoying a poolside meal. When you’re ready to relax on the beach and dip your toes in the emerald waves of the gulf, catch the beach tram to the salty shores. Or, head there on foot—it’s less than a 10-minute walk!
