Just over a block to the beach off of Cedar Street, this two bedroom townhouse sleeps a total of six people. Great layout with living, kitchen and dining on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second floor.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Weekend Getaway

We went to Lewes Beach for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husbands birthday. We liked the location. It was convenient to the beach and the shops. This rental was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Great spot close to the beach where we can take the dogs

Will book again. Sort walk to the beach, longer walk to town. Happy to have a spot to bring our dogs with us.

Another wonderful week in Lewes

We’ve been coming to Lewes as a family for about 15 years. This was another memorable vacation and staying in unit #5 felt like home! We’re likely to stay again next year.

Lucky Lewes

It was a great stay. Only rained twice at night. Beach days galore. Lovely restaurants and shoppes. Having a beach on walking distance was phenomenal! The cottage was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Will most definitely be going back!

Okay- would stay again

We would stay here again as the location is great. The house was ready, but you can tell the cleaners probably do a swift clean of the toilets and not much else. We ended up sanitizing the essential areas on our own on arrival just to be sure. The check in process at the management company’s building was quick, but it would have been much more convenient to be able to access the property with a digital code without having to drive out of the way.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a used bandaid in my bed. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and somebody's swim trunks were left out back.

Mixed bag

The place was lovely, with a great location and a good kitchen and dining space. The king bed wasn't fabulous but the other beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we immediately lost use of one shower due to a huge leak which meant we all had to share the other one. I don't feel the compensation was appropriate, especially since the owner apparently knew of the problem ahead of time. The rental agent was great to work with.

Cute place but bad plumbing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were two full bathrooms upstairs. On Monday the step in shower pipes broke and water dripped through the ceiling in the powder room below causing part of the dry wall to fall onto the floor. My friends were unable to used their shower for the rest of the week. It was difficult for my one handicapped friend to used the tub shower. One reason why I chose this property was because it had a walk in shower. I was compensated 20% of the rental portion for my inconvenience. However, I don't feel that this was enough. Furthermore, the floors were very dirty. They're were two dust bunnies on the floor in the master bedroom, thick dust under the bench at the bottom of the king bed, a lot of dust behind the living room recliner. Finally, the slip covers on the couch were very messy and stained. The king mattress was too soft causing me not to sleep well.
