We only had a bit of problem with people in front of our rented beach chairs. But the unit itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable! We really enjoyed our week and had everything we needed for our stay!

Loved our stay!

Location was amazing and so was the condo itself. Plenty of space, clean, had everything we could need. Loved the view and the beach service was top notch. Having a designated parking space was great. We will be planning to stay again next year for our annual family trip!

Wonderful condo, and wonderful property! Both the condo and building were very well-maintained, and the condo was pristine when we arrived. I’m always worried about dirt and germs when I stay somewhere new… but I didn’t have to worry here!The things that stuck out most to me:1. Smaller property but has 2 elevators. The only time we waited more than a few seconds for an elevator was Saturday morning when everyone was coming in/leaving.2. Cleanliness and order of the condo AND the building. I saw several maintenance men while we were here and they were all very nice. 3. Pool doesn’t really get much sun — in the summer anyway. It’s mostly under the building. 4. Equipped kitchen! Lots of small appliances and the fridge has a water and ice maker. 5. Nice variety of things within walking distance, like food, ice cream, and souvenir shops.We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Place to Enjoy the Beach and Sun!

The place was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We didn't use the pool, but it does have one. Bring charcoal for the grills because they aren't propane. Check-in was easy and the property maintenance company was a pleasure to work with. Panama City Beach has tons of activities and great places to eat!Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Good location, great communication

We had 5 adults that stayed for a week. The location is great because it's close to lots of things to do and obviously the beach. We were all able to stay comfortably without being cramped. Holly did a great job of communicating and returning calls/emails/messages promptly. Very happy with the stay and would recommend.

Great stay at Sandy Turtles

Enjoyed our stay. Good beach access. Extremely clean. Room has two beach chairs in the closet, pool noodles, and two nets which we enjoyed using. Large laundry. Comfortable master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

Everything was as promised, the condo had everything we needed and the location is fantastic. The BEST part of this vacay at this time of the year was that this is a smaller building which was great for us! We never had to wait for elevators and had ample beach area where the condos to the left and right were rediculously packed and overcrowded. Definitely recommend and if we come back mid summer, this is the place to be. Also had a property manager or maintenance guy there everyday to help anyone with anything needed which is huge as well. Our first time booking through VRBO as well as booking at Marisol. Great experience, host was great, staff were great, the condo was in great condition, the view was amazing, located in a great area in PCB, overall really enjoyed our stay. 10/10

Great property and location Fabulous view of oceanCondo was clean and beds very comfortable but be SURE to bring any bedding for a comfortable night sleep, such as blankets and pillow cases...Tried communicating with host to let them know we were using towels to cover up with at night. There was only a coverlet on bed and sheet... extra pillows in closet with no pillowcases.Never been to a VRBO like this with no bedding. Contacted host and was horrible. The host told me I should have asked prior to arrival about bedding.QR code did not work... 24/7 phone line for tech support... no answerBeach chairs someone wrote in comments are CAMP chairs.Bring more bath towels only 8 total.Also every drawer has pictures of items that are supposed to be in there.Read strict check out policy and fees if not left cleaner than you found it.Overall, Had a fabulous stay and would stay here again if it wasn't for this management company in charge of the property... very upsetting and could have been resolved easily if they cared.Video taped property when left because I was left not trusting them.READ all the rules before you book!

I think it's very important for guests to share their experience with hosts & for hosts to share their experiences with guests. This was by far the worst one I have experienced this season. Such a hateful & rude guest. Future guests reading this review please look at our other wonderful reviews. We are most def. not horrible. Guest checked in on Wednesday June 3rd. Messaged on Friday June 5th that she was upset. That she was sleeping with towels. No blankets. No pillowcases. No beach chair. I immediately panicked thinking we didn't leave comforters or pillowcases. After checking with the team I realized this was not the case. Every bed was made up before leaving the condo. We provide comforters for every bed & the beds are made up when guests arrive. This guest saying to everyone "but be SURE to bring any bedding for a comfortable night sleep, such as blankets and pillow cases. " The condo offered two pillows for each bed, comforters for each bed, & sheets for each bed. This guest " ASSUMED" we provided extra blankets, extra pillows, extra pillowcases, & extra sheets. She "ASSUMED" we provided 20 bath towels. Also, brought up the fact since we are "beach front" we automatically provided beach service for her. Just because we are gulf front does not mean beach chairs are included with every rental. None of what she mentioned is stated in our listing that we provide. Yes absolutely I did tell her if she expected all of this in the condo she should have reached out. I would have then told her we most certainly we do not. She did not read any directions, not our listing, not even the rental agreement she signed. Then got really nasty & rude with our office because these items were not in the condo when she arrived. I will be honest I am glad we didn't leave extra linen in the condo. Since her & her party stained over half of ours with something yellow. (Do have photos) - Wifi was included in your check in instructions with the username & password. We have amazing returning guests & I know we will have amazing future guests to come. As you can see by our amazing reviews we care. We can't please everyone. I guess this is just one of those times.

Perfect!!!

Booked this condo for our yearly family vacation, nobody’s perfect, there were a few minor communication issues throughout the booking process that were taken care of, however that is the only negative I have about our trip. The condo is just as nice as the pictures, it was very clean, the owners were very helpful with any questions we had, very professional as well. I read some reviews beforehand about the horror stories of parking at that building, but they have a single reserved parking spot in the parking garage at the base of the building, if you have multiple vehicles, you will have to park the extra ones down the street, however we didn’t have to deal with that. All in all it was an amazing place to stay, great view of the beach and great value for what we payed, cant beat that!
