Behind this house is an area of trees and a very small stream down an embankment, that you can enjoy from the rear deck. I reside in a small ADU below with a separate entrance that doesn't overlap with the rental house. I reserve the garage for my use, but there is so much parking in front of the house, that it won't be a missed
