☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That`s why we`ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack `n play with crib sheets, a high chair, sound machine, baby bath, baby monitor, as well as children`s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Monday and Thursday mornings. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool. The windiest season is April through June

☆ Noise: Please note we are near the airport so you can see/hear the planes. Which we and our guests find it more entertaining than distracting! They do have a curfew.

☆ Air Conditioning: Our home and many other desert homes have fully functioning Air Conditioners however during the peak of summer when the outside temperature raises above 110 degrees, we recommend setting out AC thermostat to no less than 73 degrees as it can freeze our AC unit. Please have all windows and doors closed during summer while the AC is running.

☆ Parking: While the home does have a garage, it is not available for guest parking. Please park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the home.

☆ Guest Access: As our guests, you`ll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. From the vibrant living spaces to the outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor games and silent disco if you choose, every corner of our desert retreat is yours to explore and enjoy.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 25+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests ages 13+ and 2 guests 12 and under (total of 10 guests), per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
