Mediterranean Style 3 Bed Villa With Pool
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Disney is a short 15 minute car ride and Universal around 40 minutes. There are also plenty of local amenities all within a short distance for food and entertainment.
If you require a relaxing day the villa has pool and large deck area to enjoy the Florida sunshine and the home is equipped with cable TV and WiFi.
Free parking is available onsite for two cars.
Please note: On street parking is not allowed in this community after 9pm.
The Tuscan Hills community has very strict policies on car parking.
You are allowed TWO CARS per house, and both must be parked on the allocated driveways at your house.
Additional cars, and cars parked on the street will be towed away by a third party company, which we're not able to assist you with.
Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity, but these are available for hire at an additional cost.
Please contact us if you'd like to arrange one for your stay.
