Convenient, comfortable and accommodating stay

We stayed here while attending a healthcare convention at the Grand Hotel. The place was clean with plenty of space and great accommodations as well as a prime location to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful space

A group of us stayed here for a concert at the Spokane Arena and it was just perfect for walking to dinner and walking home after the concert. We loved the set up and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Spokane to celebrate the engagement of our daughter. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for such an exciting event. Sibling visit in Spokane

Brother, SIL and I stayed here when visiting our other brother and SIL in Spokane. The apartment was great - we all had our own space, but could come together in the living room/kitchen. Very conveniently located downtown - walkable to great restaurants and shopping and the riverfront park. Recommend for a family trip. Would stay here again!

Quick tour of Gonzaga

Could have walked to Gonzaga in 20 min by river. Parking was very easy on the street and could have used several lots if necessary. A/C was super strong even in the 95degrees days. Had to turn it down. Nice problem to have.

A great location to enjoy downtown Spokane

This was a wonderful location to enjoy all that downtown Spokane has to offer. We parked our car and didn't get back in until we left to head home at the end of our trip. The apartment is an easy walking distance to Riverpark square, the Davenport, Riverfront park and the preforming arts center.

Place was as advertised. Clean and roomy, great kitchen and TV was better than most as far as channels go. If I could have checked in at 3PM instead of 4 PM, I would have given 6 stars out of 5!! hahahaa

Family friendly

Came to Spokane to explore and look around. Got this place for myself, my husband, and our toddler. Overall it was a great stay and in a perfect location! We were able to walk from the apartment to Riverfront park and to go shopping / out to eat. The only thing that I will say that was difficult, which is at no fault of the owner or even the property, but, directly below the windows in the back bedroom, there are street lamps and unfortunately they made the room rather bright at night so I’d recommend some eye covers if you are going to have that room. But other than that very minor inconvenience the apartment is great! Jake is a great host and is always available for communication if you have any issues. I highly recommend this property for your stay!
