Everything was great! We loved the rooftop. The host communicated very well throughout the booking and check-in. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Also, the location was great, easy walk to downtown front street area.

The property was nice, great location. There is potential for the place to be AWESOME! Someone needs to do some general maintenance and upkeep. The pictures of the listing are 3 to 4 years old so things have aged a bit. Very disappointed with the top deck patio. The top deck carpet is a mess and a hazard. It's need to be replaced or repaired. The 5 o'clock somewhere is half rotted away and the patio lights don't work, one has broken off the wall and on the floor. The dishwasher pulls out from under the counter when you open the door because it's not secured properly. I had to clean the drain in the upstairs bathroom because it was full of hair and took forever to drain. I remove a screw from the master bedroom's closet door upper guide rail because you couldn't shut the door without some effort because it was hitting the screw. You should consider flat head screws instead of round heads. The welcome sign in the kitchen has the WIFI information but it's wrong. Also, check the dust behind the TV. Simple fixes to take nice to awesome.

Description of property could be better. Number of floors, stairs and size of parking garage space. The vehicle we drove, Chevrolet Colorado barely fit, we had to park it offsite as the only way to get in and out of the unit was to slide through the backseat.Everything else was good, with the exception of the roof top. Prior to our arrival there was a major rainfall and patio furniture had not been covered and we were not able to enjoy the rooftop seating our first night. Fortunately, everything dried out and we were able to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks display.The rooftop could use a good cleaning.

We stayed at the apartment with another couple and it was plenty large enough for the four of us. The two full bathrooms are located one upstairs and one downstairs, with both of the bedrooms located upstairs. We travel with another couple somewhat often and typically divvy the bathrooms up upon arrival. If you tend to do that as well, and are territorial, someone is going to have to head up and down the stairs at night to get to their bathroom. Champaign problems. Therefore, while we split the bathrooms up for showers and getting ready, at night the upstairs bathroom was community property. Not worth risking life and limb negotiating the stairs. There is a rooftop sitting area which doesn't have particulary great views but if the weather is nice, it isn't a bad place to sip on your Michigan wine. Furniture in the apartment is somewhat basic but it more than does the job. The location is really great, just a couple blocks from the heart of downtown TC, and there are a couple very comprehensive markets (Burritt's and Folgarelli's) as well as a brewery/restaurant just a few steps away. If you are celiac, which my wife is, there is Clean Crumbles, a gluten-free bakery, about two minutes away. Nice surprise. All in all, it was a great weekend stay and considered the apartment to be an excellent value.
