Located in the heart of the White Mountains, this cozy single- family home features a peaceful idyllic setting in the woods. Boasting three levels and two living room areas so families can spread out, this is the perfect vacation rental. In the warmer months, relax and unwind on the spacious wraparound deck while listening to the babbling brook that runs through the back yard. Enjoy the convenient location near many recreational activities and adventures and create memories to last a lifetime!

~ Property Details ~

Indoor - Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, 2 living room areas, 2 full bathrooms, ping pong table, 3 Smart TV’s with cable, free Wi-Fi, board games, mudroom, stacked laundry machines, stereo system and Bose blue tooth speaker.

4 Bedrooms with comfortable new mattresses. Bedroom 1|1 Queen, Bedroom 2|1 Queen, Bedroom 3|1 Full and 1 Twin Bunk, Bedroom 4|1 Full.

Outdoor – Weber grill, dining table for 4 on the deck, 6 Adirondack chairs, 4 beach chairs, seasonal community pool located right across from the house and parking for 4 cars.

Within minutes to countless recreational activities and adventures, there is something for everyone!

Some family favorites nearby include: Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium (6 miles), Diana’s Baths (6.8 miles), Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge (9.5 miles), The Mount Washington Cog Railway (21 miles), and Conway Scenic Railroad (10 miles). Santa’s Village is a little further at 38 miles, but it is worth the drive!

For the adventurous and outdoorsy folks - Saco River (2 miles), Attitash Mountain (2 miles), Cranmore Mountain (10 miles), Bretton Woods (20 miles), and hiking trails galore!

In town attractions include many fabulous restaurants, breweries, a winery, quaint shops in Downtown North Conway and Settler’s Green Outlets.

Great stay. House is exactly as pictured. Very cozy and centered within every place we wanted to go. We would love to make this house our annual family vacation spot.

Very clean, great location

We travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 2 & 3), stayed here so we could do Storyland and explore the area. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stoked with soap, toilet paper, paper towels and such. The owners were quick and easy to chat with and even left a special surprise upon check-in. The pool was a 2 minute walk and was enjoyed about 100 times with the kids! The basement was also a nice surprise with a large couch and TV, and a great space for the kids to spread their toys out. We are already considering coming back next year. Thank you Tracy!!

Great stay

Clean home, lovely properly, comfortable beds. Tracy very responsive and quickly addressed concerns . House was well equipped with spices, dishes, and pots and pans and cleaning supplies. Down side , didn't know they have a dog which bothered some family members, even though the place was well cleaned. Disappointed that we couldn't use the basement because of strong musky smell but living space was very comfy. Great stay overall.

Highly Recommended!!

We stayed here with a family of 9 in June 2023 and the house was perfect! Tracy was very fast to respond leading up to the trip and made check in extremely easy. She really thinks of what guests may need and makes sure to include those extra touches (even left a welcome note/gift). The kitchen was stocked with spices, cookware and there were plenty of towels. There was even a basket of toiletries in case you forgot something. The house is spacious and has a gorgeous patio overlooking a small stream. The bathrooms were extremely clean by my standards, which I can be picky about. Beds were comfy, wifi was strong and my family had a great time with the ping pong table in the basement. Our extended family, who stayed in a different rental, was jealous! My family had a fantastic time and had nothing but great things to say about the house & host! If you’re looking for the cozy cabin feel without sacrificing modern luxuries, this is the house!
