Bozeman Treehouse Retreat

Clean and new, custom 2 bed 2 bath home in the heart of Bozeman!

The Bozeman Treehouse Retreat is just seven blocks from downtown and only a few blocks from midtown Bozeman. The summer calendar was just opened up on May 20 so there is still availability for the coming season.

This new highly efficient contemporary home features a full kitchen, local TV, Roku, WiFi, stereo with Bluetooth, keyless entry, washer, dryer, coffee maker, filtered water, in-floor heat, new appliances, and welcoming decor. There is plenty of off-street parking and the retreat is easy to get to and from wherever your travels might take you.

The Bozeman Treehouse Retreat is in the 'old' or original part of Bozeman. Homes in this area are a mix of original homes that were built in the 1930's to new homes like the Retreat. There is an elementary school a few blocks to the west. Downtown is five to seven blocks away. Bozeman Midtown is a growing area and this is about five blocks away. The street is quite with really not much more traffic than residential.

This private residence has character, lots of plants, and plenty of style. Guests enjoy their mornings on the balcony and maybe a soak in the clawfoot tub before bed.

Downtown and Midtown are a short walk away. With a car, guests are about 9 miles or 20 minutes from the airport. Getting anywhere is pretty easy with quick access to main arterial streets.

This is a beautiful property that is very quiet, centrally located, is decorated with character, is very clean and has plenty of space. I absolutely loved all the live plants. The listing didn't clearly state that it has an A portion and a B portion to the same building though. This made checking in a bit confusing. Especially when the code they sent for the door worked on the part we hadn't rented. Once the confusion was resolved the stay was lovely. Would stay there agani.

We're glad to hear that you'd return again! Sorry for the confusion on the door code, that has been resolved and we also added info the both listings to make it clear that there are sometimes 2 units rented at the same time. The Treehouse, where you stayed, is only rented for a few months of the year (mainly summer) so it doesn't happen often. Nonetheless, we apologize for the lack of foresight in this matter and are appreciative of your feedback.

オーナーのプロフィール画像
The owner is a 20+ year Montana resident, having moved here from the east coast. I am an avid nature lover, forest bather, gardener, skier, backpacker/ hiker. I love Beauty in all of its forms, art, conversations that matter, and yoga. I work in the healing arts in yoga, life coaching, and somatic-based therapy.

This property is the result of heartfelt creative expression and has elements of the things I love. It is new, clean and has good energy! Its location in the heart of midtown Bozeman lends itself to feeling the pulse of the city with access to all its cultural offerings including the surrounding natural world. I planted the garden with drought-tolerant native flowers, shrubs, and a fescue lawn.

If you are looking for a retreat-like experience, a farmhouse-modern warmth and quiet, this newly built house awaits. The rear unit has a treehouse feel with mountain views on the north side of town, a deck and third floor. Its access off the alley gives it a typical Bozeman charm and funk. The front unit is ground floor and faces the street, planted with wildflower seeds I collected during fall hikes.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I built this house to be superinsulated and efficient, which high quality finishings. The heated concrete floors are unmatched for winter warmth, and the AC is rarely needed in summer due to the insulation.
