Offering our clientele a wondrous Royal Room with exquisite decor and multi-functional spaces where curious and eclectic minds can gather in private settings. It can all be yours for a night of rest and recovery, fun and a serve as a centre from which you can explore the city!

The space
Our apartment is completely private and includes all the ammenities needed for an excellent stay including a kitchenette (we do not offer breakfast). We will provide all necessary sheets, towels and dishcloths. Furthermore we will provide an Iron + board, hairdryer, shampoo and showergell.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly as described and centrally located! Beautifully decorated and well thought out with those staying kept in mind. Host was extremely responsive in communicating and provided a mid-week cleaning for our week’s stay! Highly recommend!

Theatre District Unique Property

Great location and attentive host. Very unique with 2 King beds and cool balcony where we hung out every evening. There are stairs so must be fit to climb/descend. We had a fabulous stay! Thank you!

The flat is charming and loved relaxing on the terrace. Location was great but a little loud at night (not entirely unexpected in Amsterdam). Could use improvement to lighting for reading and a couple more comfortable chairs. Still a great place and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent Stay and excellent property

The property was unique and charming and we loved having an outdoor patio where we could hang out. Be aware that the stairs are steep and the alley can get loud on weekends, but that’s par for the course in the city and was no problem at all for us. The whole apartment was clean and the host/manager were communicative. Finally, LOCATION. You can’t beat where this apartment is located. Walking distance to everything, including an easy walk from Amsterdam centraal.

Exceptional experience

This two-level suite and its patio are sumptuous and glamorous…a visual and sensory delight! Our host was communicative and helpful. The location is very central, with much to see and do within walking distance. A note of caution, however: This suite is accessible only via a very tall circular staircase, and access to the upper level could be perilous to anyone with limited mobility. We greatly enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it to those with a zest for the atypical!
